There were many things that were disappointing here. I’ve stayed at this chain dozens of times and this is the first time being a negative experience. 1, at 10 pm the toilet wouldn’t flush. To be fair, they said they would send up someone, but I wanted to go to Bed. 2. Shower drain was stuck closed 3. Bed side lamp, bad bulb 4 no working ice machine on my and another floor. 5 no cups in the room 6. The tv had no guide or info so I could not see what the station was playing. 7. Breakfast hot food was cold. 8. Conditioner container in shower empty. I brought these matters up while checking out and was told the manager would be made aware. I was told I might get some points. The matter should have been addressed on the spot. I’ll give them a chance to give me some compensation, but will call if they don’t follow through Also , one of the 2 elevators was down and the pool was closed due to mechanical issues. Someone is not on top Of things there.

The pool was green, they had barely any food at the breakfast- like no milk for the cereal and when we asked about it they said they didn't have any and were not getting it. They ran out of coffee cups and put out the tiny cups used to fill the waffle maker as a substitute. The room was ok...but the tub was SUPER slow to drain and no hair dryer was in the room. The door to the room looked like someone tried to break it down. The woman at front desk was very nice, but she lacked the resources to help the guests!

The beds were comfortable but the heating/cooling system leaked water all over the floor. If you wanted to open the drapes you’d get wet feet. This is trite, but there was only decaf coffee in the room. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. The rooms were very small.

I want to say the room was clean, I appreciate that! However, the elevators was broken, ice machines didn't work, not enough cups, and not enough breakfast. Also the pool was down do to unfortunate circumstances but the staff did work hard to get ot back up and going.

Love other Hampton Inns, though it’s been a few years since I stayed in one due to work restrictions and family obligations. Did not love this one. Pros: Clean Quiet Friendly front desk staff. Have my coffee creamer. Comfy bed. Cons: First time ever I didn’t tip housekeeping. They only came once during my three night stay and only to take away dirty towels, including the safety one on the ground, without replenishing. I had only one towel left for morning shower and no safety one. Thankfully didn’t fall. Returned that night and they still hadn’t serviced the room. The sign says garbage, bed, towels and restock every other day. None of those happened. I had to go ask for towels so it took my own time. Ran out of tissue too. No place to put the sink soap so the counter became messy. Also, I love Hampton Inn because their shower curtain is curved so it doesn’t keep hitting my arm. This one wasn’t and the shower was tiny. Also, since they’d been overbooked they’d had only an ADA room left, however the room is not ADA ready. No seat in the shower and little water pressure, anyone in a wheelchair can’t shower. They also wouldn’t fit between the bed and dresser so half the room isn’t accessible. I’m not in a wheelchair, so this is an observation having friends who are. They ran out of breakfast items like coffee and yogurt. Staying at another Hampton Inn this next weekend. Hoping this experience was the exception versus the new norm.

Overpriced and underwhelming.

Probably the worst pillows I’ve ever slept on. They are half the size of a normal pillow. Enough room for your head and that’s it. The tile floors at the entry way of the room were so greasy we about slipped walking in. Felt like a fast food restaurant. The mattress was fine but the bed frame was so squeaky and worn out, every time you moved Im sure the neighbors could hear it. The hotel looks liked it could use a deep cleaning. Dirt in the corners of the floors. Our bathroom floor had visible marks that should have been mopped up. I called before we arrived with some questions about our reservation, and the woman answering the phone was not friendly or helpful. Pretty matter of fact attitude, I probably interrupted her TikTok time. If the Bridge Park area is why you’re coming, you’ll need to drive as this hotel is not in walking distance from anything. Overall if you have the choice find better options in the area.
