My elderly parents appreciated the lower bed height in the mobility accessible room. It was easier for my mom to get in and out of than many other hotel beds.

Room was clean, but when the maid service came in on day three (the didn't come in in day two) they left the trash on the dresser and didn't refill the makeup wipes. My room by the elevator was noisy.
