The staff were friendly, however the area was sketchy. I grabbed food next door and had some very weird/sketchy interactions with people in the area. The room itself was not the cleanest. There were some suspicious stains on the carpet, the room looked run down, the fridge was making a loud ticking noise, and there seemed to be a lot of cosmetic damage to the walls, paint, etc. I would not make this my first choice of hotels to stay at again.

I went to check after making my reservation months before seeing my friends. Tried to check in and was told since i left 30 miles to hotels i was not allowed to stay there. So not only due to i was 30 miles away from hotel i could stay there due to hotel rules they wanted to charge me still for the room. I just have never heard of that before. I was only trying to be close to airport and the stadium after game. Front desk employee was extremely rude about the whole things but i actually live 35 miles from hotel and still would not let me stay.

the room was fine and the hotel was fine. It advertises to be part of the Ohio Expo Center...but it is miles away from the Expo Center. Check in was fine, but at check out, the hotel could not give my elderly mother a paper receipt and I've never received a receipt via email either. We were told that was the only way to receive a receipt for payment.

The cleanliness of the bathroom floor was unsatisfactory, and the overall condition of the bathroom did not meet expected standards. The breakfast selection deviated from the typical Holiday Inn offerings, notably lacking milk, cinnamon rolls, and pancakes, which was a disappointment, particularly regarding the absence of cinnamon rolls, a consistent expectation during my stays.
