Take delight in our spacious 3 bedroom/1.5 bath home in a convenient Old North location - only 1 block off High Street! Quick walk to excellent restaurants, bars, music venues, entertainment venues, the central bike trail - all in a quiet, historically unique neighborhood.
Only 1 mile to the OSU football stadium for game day! Our home also allows for place to play with a game room and backyard with firepit.
Our updated 1900's home is only one block off High Street. This allows for experiencing our home and large fenced in yard in a quiet and unique neighborhood, and access to exploring restaurants, bars, music and entertainment venues on foot.
We are located just north of the Ohio State University, distance to the Ohio Stadium is only 1 mile. Easy access to downtown - only 10 minutes by vehicle.
There are also numerous transportation options - bus, ride-hailing services, scooters and quick access to the central bike trail.
We offer 4 parking spots directly behind our home, secured by cameras.

We had a great stay here. House was perfect for us. We went for a music festival and were able to walk to & from the festival all 4 days. Saved us from paying for parking. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
