Room was good. But housekeeping never came to the room i stayed in was there for 6 days and not once did they come to clean or take dirty towels.

You know those small cardboard sleeves that hold your room keys? The one we were given was all worn out and had a food stain on it. That is disgusting! I used a cleaning wipe to remove the stain plus any other germs. The handwriting on the inside for the wi-fi password was terrible and we couldn’t make it out. When we got to our room, there was a dirty wet washcloth sitting on the bathroom counter. The bottom of the tub looked like it had built-in dirt. When looking out the window, the screen was all torn and flapping in the breeze. Breakfast was okay, but I was disappointed there was only whole milk and no flavored coffee creamer. The only saving grace was the nice soft comfortable bed. At $167, I expect better and will not stay here again.

Staff was attentive and pleasant to deal with. Rooms were clean. Certain elements of room needed maintenance, like toilet paper holder was coming off wall, bathroom door would not latch (stay) closed. TV had 2 different remotes, confusing to operate. Main door to room did not spring closed.

Bathroom toilet keep running shower head leaking water splashing into tub down spout very annoying desk in need of good cleaning wadded clumps of paper in closet staff didn't respond to unruly guests in room across from mine their loudness went on for several hours after midnight calling front desk to address my concerns I waited up and no staff came to ask for other guests to be quiet very little sleep last night
