Above and Beyond for a Special Occasion

My husband and I stayed here for a quick, close-to-home anniversary trip, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in, the service stood out. Brian at the front desk made us feel so welcomed—friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. He set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, even surprising us with a complimentary dinner. That thoughtful touch meant so much and made the evening memorable. The atmosphere was relaxing, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the staff truly cared about our experience. We left feeling refreshed and appreciated, and we’ll definitely return for another getaway. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for warm hospitality and those little extra touches that make a trip special!

Weekend trip

Room was clean. Have to request your room to be cleaned. Parking garage was $42 dollars a day. Sidewalk was closed for construction. Fitness center was very nice. Skywalk escalator was closed.

The property, for my short stay, was perfect. The staff (from valet to front desk) was incredibly accommodating. The only thing that I did not like was that the purpose for me being in town did not allow for me to utilize that magnificent looking gym.

My only negative on this hotel stay was housekeeping (or whoever) knocking on our door before 8 am…. And then continuing to knock and actually enter the room for the next three hours on several occasions to see if we were gone when check out wasn’t until 11.
