I enjoyed my stay at SpringHill Suites. My daughter and I were in town for a concert at Kemba Live, and the location of this hotel was perfect for the venue- being just minutes away. The hotel is also convenient to OSU and Blue Jackets games. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the beds were extra comfortable. I also noticed that there were guest laundry facilities, which is something that’s been harder to find in hotels recently. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel

Checking in was quick and the clerk was friendly. Was concerned before the stay after seeing posts about people breaking into cars and the train tracks behind the hotel. My family and I had gone to a concert and we noticed a police car sitting in the parking lot once we got back. I’m pretty sure they kept watch for a decent part of the night so that made me feel better and though we did hear a train, it wasn’t an issue. I would definitely stay here again.

All of the staff that we encountered were incredibly pleasant and greeted us as we came and went. The property was quite clean, including the hallways and elevator. The only noise I heard in the night was a train that runs North/South near the hotel. The breakfast was usual hotel buffet fair with several hot and cold choices and make your own waffles. With easy access to OSU campus and the greater Columbus and central Ohio area, a good choice when staying in the area. Would choose to stay again.
