We recently stayed at this property and while it had some positives, it was unfortunately not as described in the listing.The location was in a sketchy neighborhood. The check-in was fairly easy, but several details in the description did not match what we experienced. The condition/amenities were not what we expected based on the photos and write-up. Because of that, the value didnât quite match the price we paid.Place has been updated and is super cute but beds were not comfortable. King size bed was hard as a rock! Floors were very uneven. The board from the living room to the kitchen was taped down with masking tape. The vent in the hallway was nasty with a q-tip in it. There was a used pimple patch stuck to the bathroom wall. The toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall in the bathroom and the hole was left with debris on the ground. When we got there, at night, no lights were on and it smelled musty. There is no "garden". The backyard was all dirt and trashy. The door code stopped working half way through our stay and had to call to get a new code. When AC was turned on, it smelt like an electrical fire. Positives-Beds and showers were clean! Kitchen was well stocked except Keurig was broken. Decorated super cute. Close to stores.
