Great Location

The property was neat and clean and ready for us upon arrival. We found the beds and bedding comfortable. Slept very well during our stay. Owner checked in by email to make all was well. The location is close to nice eating establishments and grocery stores Kroger and Giant eagle are 5 minutes from the house. Access to interstate I-70 and ouster belt I-270 can be reached in about 10 minutes.

Perfect for 2 big families

The house was nice and big, lots of room for both families to feel comfortable and not crowded. Plenty of space to play games and cook at home. We had an issue with plumbing and the shower would not turn off, owner was rather prompt to respond and got a plumber out on a Saturday night to fix the problem. Overall, one of the best stays we have had!

In town for a wedding. Close to everything that we needed to get to. Krogers is five minutes away from the house as well. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. They had both regular trash and recycling. They had a nice patio with a grill and seating but our time was short to use it. This is a huge house with lots of room in it. Would stay again. Great communication with the owners.

Great house for a large group!

Great house, plenty of rooms and beds to sleep in! Nicely stocked kitchen with all the essentials, they even have a grill! Plenty of space to separate if needed, plenty of space to also gather if wanted! if we ever come back up to Columbus for a friend event, we most definitely would rent this home again.

Perfect location and space

Great property for our family over Thanksgiving and OSU football weekend. Convenient to area restaurants, grocery stores and freeways. Host provided everything we needed! The one and only glitch was opening the lockbox for the house key
. It didn’t seem to open easily—took a few tries.

Lots of Room | Convenient Location

Roomy with lots of bathrooms, spacious kitchen. Nice "Brady Bunch" neighborhood that is 5 minutes from supermarket, lots of stores and restaurants. Owner is good, quick communicator. We would stay here again.

Dirty and Poor Response Time

***DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE*** I had to call VRBO to get check-in information when host didn’t respond to numerous messages. Host said she was working on fixing two upstairs toilet clogs and would call the next morning (day of check-in) to let me know if house would be available. She called shortly after 9 am to say all was clear, and the toilets were working properly. She said the kids of the previous renters flushed paper towels. My cousin arrived first and FaceTimed me to show me how dirty the house was and sent me pictures. She was leaving for a while, so I messaged the host to say that in her rush to fix the toilets, she may not have noticed the house didn’t get cleaned and asked if she could have it tidied up while my cousin was out. An hour later, I got a notification that my reservation was canceled and a refund would follow in about 14 days. When I messaged her to ask why, thinking she clicked something by accident, she said “the house was still leaking.” I was left to scramble to find a house that could accommodate seven adults coming in for a funeral! I specifically had my cousin flush each of the upstairs toilets to confirm they worked. So that was not the issue. And I was very understanding that she was in panic mode about the toilets and could very well not have noticed that the house didn’t get cleaned. But her response was unacceptable.

Good location for us to stay as we had to make numerous trips to the airport and OSU campus. Allowing our small dog to stay there was a real bonus.

Big and beautiful

This house is big and beautiful. We were amazed at how big the house was and how clean it was. It is also very well stocked. The house is easy to find, in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and convenient to many food places, grocery stores, etc. The property owner is super friendly and helpful. She answered all questions I had and even checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend this house!!!!

Wonderful accommodations.

pictures of the house were representative and access was easy once entry instructions were provided. The house is in close proximity to everything and was very clean with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and they’re was plenty of seating room to enjoy. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
