Clean and pleasant!

The room was clean. Everything felt new and in good condition. There was no nasty carpeting or nasty bedspreads. I felt comfortable walking in my bare feet. I liked the soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was available. The hotel has nice amenities like a pool, exercise room, and pool table. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a good experience.

We loved our stay at Tru!

My sister and I drove from Cincinnati for a concert and decided to stay the night and make the drive back home the next day. We loved staying at the Tru and said when we go back to Columbus we will definitely be staying there again. We loved everything it had to offer. Gym, pool, outside patio with fire pits, pool table, sitting areas downstairs, the ability to purchase drinks and snacks 24/7 at the check in desk, etc. Rooms were very clean (I love the hard flooring vs carpet for a hotel). Stocked with soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash) (all of which smelt great). TV came with Netflix, I think Tubi or Pluto, and YouTube then Live Tv. I will say, the one and only thing we wished was that there was an option to access more streaming services to watch (we are watching a show on Paramount Plus) but other than that, wonderful hotel & stay!

My husband and I came to Columbus Ohio for a wedding. The staff at the hotel, Kyle especially was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was super clean with comfortable beds and a smart tv. The safe serve pancake maker was a nice touch. I wish I was staying more than one night. I would highly recommend this hotel for your out of town stay!

Brand new hotel with a super friendly staff that genuinely aims to make your stay perfect. Parking was easy. 24/7 coffee and tea was a great plus, breakfast buffet was spot on and included egg omelettes, pancakes, cereals and more. Very good quality. Rooms are very small. That would be my only thing to note. Ours was so small the hotel couldn’t even fit a dresser into it. As long as you’re ok with this, and we were, it’s a great hotel and very well managed. We would stay again without hesitation.

Columbus Overnight Stay

The family stayed here for an overnight stay after a concert. It was very clean and comfortable. Not a big selection for breakfast but what they did have was pretty good.
