In the heart of Como's historic center, between picturesque alleys and glimpses that tell centuries of history, BOHÈME LOFT is the perfect retreat for those seeking an authentic experience just steps away from the city's main attractions. An intimate and welcoming accommodation, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed, blending reclaimed elements, modern furniture, and a bohemian touch of elegance.

The entrance opens into a bright and comfortable living area. The kitchen, modern and functional, is complemented by a vintage-style wooden dining table, perfect for enjoying delicious meals or spending pleasant moments in good company. The living area invites relaxation with the soft velvet of the single sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.) and the cozy upholstered armchair, ideal for lounging in front of the TV, reading a book, or being inspired by the view of the city’s rooftops. The natural light filtering through the windows highlights the chromatic details of the decorations, from fabrics to furniture, giving character and originality to the space and creating a harmonious contrast with the neutral tones of the furniture and walls.

The minimalist design of the double bedroom, enhanced by careful lighting with bedside lamps, wall lamps, and a large skylight, makes this space perfect for resting after a day spent exploring the wonders of the lake and the historic cobblestone streets of Como.

The bathroom, characterized by clean lines and modern accessories, is equipped with a practical shower.



Note: The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a historic building, without an elevator. You will need to climb a few flights of stairs, but the effort will be rewarded with the view!



The apartment does not have private parking. Guests can easily reach the apartment using the city’s public transport, or by parking in the paid areas outside the city walls.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

In just 5 minutes on foot, you can reach: the famous Piazza Duomo, with its stunning cathedral and the Broletto, both worth visiting; Piazza San Fedele, a delightful square with the Romanesque basilica of the same name; Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the most famous streets for shopping; Piazza Volta, lively during aperitifs and in the evening, with options for outdoor dining all year round; and Porta Torre, one of the historic entrances to the walled city.

Also within 5 minutes on foot, you’ll reach Piazza Cavour, Como’s largest square, where you can catch a boat from the Navigazione Lago di Como to visit the most renowned lakeside locations (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna).

By foot or by renting a city bike, you can visit Villa Olmo and its park by following the panoramic walkway starting from the Hangar, or Villa Geno, along the lakeside promenade of Viale Geno. At the beginning of Viale Geno is the Funicular station, which takes you to Brunate, where you can stop for lunch at a typical restaurant or continue with a scenic hike towards the mountains of Lake Como.



How to get there:

By car, take the A9 motorway exit Como Nord and set the GPS. In 5-10 minutes, you’ll reach the nearest parking areas to the apartment, and it’s only a short walk from there. By train, alight at Como S. Giovanni station or Como Lago station, and in just 10 minutes on foot, you will reach the apartment.
