Bonjour,

Je mets à disposition mon appartement pour la saison. Situé au centre-ville de Concarneau, dans un quartier calme et paisible, l’appartement se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du port de plaisance, de la ville close, de la mer et des plages.

Tous les commerces de proximité, bars et restaurants sont accessibles à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Marché couvert tous les matins : vous y trouverez d'excellents produits locaux et deux marchés par semaine (lundi et vendredi matin).

Logement

Appartement lumineux tout équipé et son balcon ensoleillé sauront parfaire votre séjour concarnois. Appartement au troisième étage (sans ascenseur) comprenant salon, cuisine, une chambre, loggia, salle d’eau et WC séparés.

Vous retrouverez sur place une cuisine parfaitement équipée d’un réfrigérateur, un congélateur, un lave-vaisselle, un four, un micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, machine à laver…

Le salon est équipé du Wifi, d’une Smart TV, d’une table basse ajustable se transformant en table à manger. La chambre dispose d’un lit Queen Size (160x200), d’un dressing et d’une seconde Smart TV.

Le linge de lit et de toilette sont fournis. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Nous sommes venus chez Antoine pour une nuit.Nous avons été très bien accueillis, l'appartement est bien agencé, propre, chaleureux et bien équipé. La décoration y est très soignée.La cuisine est très bien équipée et la literie est très confortable.L'appartement est idéalement situé avec sa place de parking juste devant l'immeuble. Il est possible d'aller dans le centre et la ville fortifiée en une 10aine de minutes à pieds.Merci Antoine pour cet accueil !Nous recommandons fortement !

Très joli appartement très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut quand on arrive. Très proche à pied du centre ville de la ville close et des restaurants. Antoine est très accueillant et à répondu en quasi instantané à toutes les questions qu’on lui a posées. Bref séjour parfait Merci Antoine

Excellent week-end à Concarneau

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cet appartement lumineux, meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux d'Antoine, son écoute, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité lors de notre séjour. L'appartement est bien situé, au calme, avec une place de parking et à 5 minutes à pied du centre et du bord de mer.
