We had a lovely stay in this property. We loved Concarneau too. The property is so central, we were able to get around easily on foot. We loved seeing the tide rise and fall in the little harbour and the yachts and sailboats setting off. The apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and we would definitely come and stay there again.

Bel appartement spacieux, bien placé et propre

Très bon séjour passé dans cet appartement proche du centre-ville et de l'océan/plage. À l'arrivée, appartement propre en globalité mais avec quelques détritus dans le mobilier de la cuisine. Vue sur océan un peu cachée par des arbres et les immeubles alentours, mais sans plus. Rue un peu bruyante par moment côté océan, mais chambre donnant vers l'arrière très calme. Parking privé très appréciable.

Super séjour malgré une météo capricieuse

Emplacement idéal, face à la mer, à proximité de toutes les commodités. Résidence calme. Appartement tout confort. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons pu profiter de decouvertes et loisirs sur Concarneau et les communes environnantes : une Bretagne sud magnifique même avec une météo bien capricieuse !

Concarneau

Wir fanden Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung optimal. Direkt an der Promenade mit Sicht auf`s Meer. Zum Schwimmen mussten wir nur über die Straße gehen, in die Altstadt brauchten wir zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Jederzeit wieder in diese Wohnung.

Excellent retreat

During a business trip I lived in the apartment together with a colleague. It was a welcome retreat after business and excellently located. The apartment is very well equipped, the sofa bed comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Even though we did not use the apartment as such, it is highly recommended for relaxing vacations. The communication with the agency was friendly; handling of all formalities was highly professional and excellent.

Arbeitsaufenthalt

Das Appartement war der Rückzugsort für ruhiges Arbeiten und online-Konferenzen für mich und meinen Kollegen während einer Dienstreise nach Concarneau. Der Ausblick auf den Atlantik erlaubte den bildschirmmüden Augen immer wieder eine wunderschöne Entspannung. Sehr gutes WLAN, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spül- und Waschmaschine sowie die beiden getrennten Schlafplätze (das Schlafsofa ist ausgezeichnet!) ließen die Dienstreise zu einem sehr entspannten Aufenthalt werden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gepflegt, in allerbester Lage. Ganz nah am Zentrum, trotzdem relativ ruhig mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur sehr sympathisch, unkompliziert und freundlich.
