Outside of the good atmosphere of the cleanliness of property and the excellent guest staff this property needs a seriously update. It gives me motel six without the walls being painted.

The room and the bed were clean enough. There was a very annoying constant noise - a mechanical hum going off every 2 minutes or so - sounded like a fog horn. I thought it was just in the wall but heard it in the morning in the hallway as well - maybe connected to the elevator or the HVAC system. The A/C was unusable because it pumped the smell of cigarettes into the room. The staff at the desk were kind and efficient and the breakfast was great. We will choose another hotel for our next business trip.

Noting we were on the 6th floor in the tower, it was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The room itself is generously sized, and despite being close to 680, pretty quiet. Hotel is walking distance to the Veranda shopping area which has several food and drink options. The breakfast is pretty limited. But, I can't really fault the place for this price compared to nearby alternatives.

There were no blackout curtains, and our room was bright through the night limiting our rest. Staff said they "hear this all the time" and that there actual is a 3rd layer of curtains. Why not let people know this at check-in or post a sign about this alleged 3rd layer? Very disappointed in our stay.
