Reception music played loud and way after 10 pm quiet time (11:30 pm). Being in the room was torture and terrible, We couldn't even hear the TV. We needed an early night to rest enough for a long trip home. We got 2 to 3 hours which wasn't enough. Calls to the front desk were never answered. No one was reachable. The free breakfast has very little to offer because they want you go order from their restaurant menu $$. Room was overpriced even though the hotel is in the middle of a reconstruction that leaves choice of rooms very limited.

Room was clean but smelled like urine and mildew. Check in was exceptional. No iron in our room. Called several times took an hour to get an iron which made us leave late for a wedding we were attending. Staff friendly.

This used to be a luxury hotel. Now it is old and they are refurbishing it which is why the rates are so inexpensive. Free breakfast is white toast oatmeal and fruit. The spa is not open. I think the pool maybe usable, but it is fenced off. Parking is free while they refurbish. The staff was very nice. There are lots of sign to help people to remember to be quiet. The signs sort of work. I would not stay here again

They do not really offer free continental breakfast as the listing shows, they only had cereal with milk/yogurt, some pastries and muffins, fruits, oat and tea/coffee. For eggs, cheese and meats they were charging additional fees. Also, their SPA is not operational, they only let you know that in an email the night before you check in. Otherwise the hotel is fine, you get what you pay for at this level.
