I have to give a 3 due to double billing issues that was not resolved ASAP it took me to reach out to my bank to dispute it. And it got resolved on Jan 21 a month later with my bank help. The staff and hotel were very 5 star rate nice location to stay at

It was only for one night , i was not sure about staying here cause the photos looked like an old hotel inside but the place inside was amazing the room was great. No complaints about the hotel just that breakfast ends too early at 9am. And finally, yes i will go back soon.

I usually love staying at this location for our yearly convention. However, lack of planning on their part there is EXTREMELY LOUD construction going on from 8am to 6pm making it impossible to sleep in, talk and enjoy eating the extremely overpriced average food in the courtyard because it’s so loud, they’ve blocked off the bar area, fitness center and you can’t “walk to the loop” which is famously one of the best parts of try convention. But they certainly didn’t cut pricing back! Nearly $1,000 for two nights. Check in supposed to be at 4pm, we arrived after 6pm and were told our room isn’t ready and they don’t know when it will be?!?! Wow. The sink leaked and we had to use close to all our towels to clean it up and the bathtub plug didn’t work so no bath which I love to relax and take after being on my feet at convention all day. No apologies, no discounts, just less service. Now the remodel is definitely very nice, beds comfy and room super clean but I expected more for being sooooo expensive. The hotel sells out each year but they jack the price up triple and take advantage. Do better Embassy!

The staff was excellent. The front desk really were super friendly very kind. The hotel was not as advertised very gray scale dark no plants, but they told us they were under construction. We ended up getting locked out of our room due to a faulty mechanism, but the manager made it right. The food at the hotel was 10 out of 10.
