Family friendly clean room staff was friendly. The only thing was the housekeeping we received was not amazing since all they did was make the beds. No trash was taken out etc

My husband and I will always choose this hotel as we visit our daughter. We have stayed in other places. No comparison. The staff are extraordinary. So friendly. Accommodating. Location is great for us. Security for our vehicle is important. The hotel is always super clean. The beds are so comfortable. The a/c is as cold as you need it to be. (We like cold). It’s Houston. The breakfast is fun. Never been disappointed. (Don’t like the sausage - just being honest). But everything else is really tasty.
