The staff was nice at check in. I stayed 5 nights, and was told that the room would only be cleaned on request. If I needed any additional towels I had to go ask for them at the front desk. The room was not cleaned very well at check in. The toilet seat had sticky splatters on it, there was tape on the ceiling and furniture, and silk flower petals here and there. It seemed like the guest before me had decorated the room and it was not cleaned up well afterwards. The towels were very thin, the pillows very small, and the mattress was not very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, the area was clean and well stocked, but the selection was very poor. No fruit or yogurt. Overall, I gave 3 stars because the price was ok for the size of the room. Some improvements with linens and breakfast would make it a better value.

My only issue was the stank'in remote control. You had to hold the button down, like you were starting your tablet. The delayed response, between the two was like sending a text an astronaut. Anyway, I digress... It was a wonderful stay. The rooms were very nice, the shower was to die for, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room temperature was easy to control and fast to respond. Did I mention that shower....? The elevator smelled cleanish. Smelt? In fact, the bed was so comfortable, we missed the breakfast. That's why I didn't comment on that. That being said, I would definitely stay there again. Ya'll have a good night.

Room was clean, never seen cleaning staff-Good Gave us what we needed when we asked. The breakfast could have more items- We stayed 4 nights and it was the very same each morning but one morning. Ketchup or hot sauce would have been nice for the scrambled eggs, but they said there was none.

Room was clean and spacious. The shower/tub floor was extra slippery with no texturing which caused me to slip and fall against the tub edge. I developed a very large hematoma. I filled out an incident report and went to an urgent care clinic the next morning. They sent me to the nearest hospital for a pelvic cray. Thankfully there was no bone fracture, but the hematoma really hurt for a few days. I’ve never taken a fall in a tub or shower before and believe the slippery tub floor was at fault.

Breakfast is excellent. Staff is excellent. Rooms are not great. Could be cleaner. Mold in bathroom and no fan in bathroom and toilet seat is loose. Poor water flow in shower. Price was fair for what you get. Ice machines all broken and some workout equipment out of service. Pool is small and very hot in the pool area.
