Lovely staff, nice room. Definitely a little warm in the summer, but not unbearable. The restaurant and bar downstairs makes some very tasty traditional food, and the staff is absolutely lovely. It's also only a few steps from the train station, which is a HUGE bonus. I would absolutely stay here again.
There was no parking on site but was close to other pay and display car park nearby. Convenient spot to city centre. We lived on the top floor which was very hot but luckily there was a fan which helped a bit. The toilet was a bit small and my partner found it difficult to move in it.
Went to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Had a lovely stay at The Erskine Hotel. Staff were really good and the food and accommodation were excellent. Would definitely stay here next time we visit North Wales
Conwy is so beautiful and the Erskine Arms is amazing. The rooms were outstanding and the staff as well. What a great pub and make sure to eat there too. The breakfast was superb and kipper fans will love their treat. Cheers!
Wonderful food.
Attentive staff
Very welcoming
Unfortunately starting to look a little dated in places and could do with some TLC.
Cleanliness could be better, you dont need to look to hard to find places thatva missed either in the pub, the restaurant or the rooms.
Faultless accommodation in great location. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful. Shout out to John especially, heâs a credit to you for sure.
Great hotel, great location and really friendly staff. The restaurant is also very very good - i recommend booking in advance as its very popular.
Coyldnt fault the place - a great stay was enjoyed by all six if our party.
My husband and I opted for a short holiday in Wales and chose to go to Conwy. We chose the Erskine Arms based off reviews and it was even better than we expected. We had a large bedroom with a full bath. Plenty of electrical outlets, a kettle with an array of coffee and tea and plenty of extra blankets. The room remained a comfortable temperature with a radiator in the room - we opened and closed the window as needed. One of the best things about the Erskine Arms is the location. Once we parked, our car stayed parked until we left. We walked all over the town. The castle is literally right across the street. We enjoyed the short river cruise, ice cream ant Parisellaâs, sausage rolls from Edwards and spent time in a pub called The Albion. We dined at the Erskine Arms both nights and the food was outstanding. We also took advantage of the complementary Full Welsh breakfast each morning. I would fully recommend The Erskine Arms. You will not be disappointed.
