Requested a ground floor room. Had to wait 2 hrs after check in time for room. Not that big of a deal. Room was dirty. Warped floor,broken curtains, dirty walls and floor. I've stayed other times and room was reasonably clean. This room was NOT. Any employees i encountered were polite/ friendly.

Everything but the staff. Think No hot water—as in NOT a drop; The staff said you’d need to leave it on 10+ minutes; A heater that would not work automatically; A bright light outside our window that flooded our room because the drapes fit poorly; A toilet that barely flushed; A hanging rod placed on the side of the bed so you would hit your head on it when getting up.

Room was okay- sheets had spots on them and there was dog hair on the floor- the whole room smelled of dog. I understand Motel 6 is pet friendly, but it was almost as if nothing was aired out and just spot cleaned. Probably wouldn't recommend or stay here again.

I had an issue with a neighbor playing their TV so loud that we couldn’t hear ours. I can not remember her name, but she said they could ask them around 8ish to quiet down since it was unreasonable loud. I went to ask her to come over and she had gone home and the man said they can’t go into 10:00 since that’s when quiet hour starts. That was disappointing, but they did get us a new room and it was an upgrade to a nicer room. For that evening of peace, we are forever grateful!
