For the price, it is an excellent choice; right there in the downtown and very close to the main railway station. Also tidy and well-kept. However, be aware that there is no reception and they should really fix their electronic check-in system; I didn't receive the keys promised despite online check-in. While everything worked fine as you can call them from the front entrance, I would be hesitant if, e.g., arriving late at night. But otherwise perfect!

I think there was mold in the shower. One of outlets was blocked by a closet and we had to buy an extension cord to even use the fridge box. We did not see a single member of staff for the entire stay.

Would not recommend! Room pictures are not a clear picture of the room you will be put in during your stay. Don’t expect the safe of tv to work either within the property. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything in the whole building. Bathroom is intact a wet room whereby you soak the bathroom door and water seeps into the bedroom area. Do not book

Unsecure place. One night/evening someone hammered on our door after we went to bed. 2 times with half an hour between. The doors didn't close by them selves. A problem for fireprotection. The extra lock on the door did not work. The check in was a disaster. Couldn't reach the support. Same problem checking out. There were people in th lobby, I'm not sure if they were guest or homeless people.

No staff at hotel, chaotic check-in with pre-check-in online not working for several guests in multiple rooms, necessitating 3 climbs up and down steep steps to 4th floor, remote telephone support from a call-centre with non-Danish speaking person was unhelpful. Heating in room did not work ( it was 5 degrees outside). Gap in the door was so wide (when closed) that during the night, whenever the lights came on in the corridor, a bright beam of light shone on my face, paper-thin walls. Take Cab Inn or similar as an alternative. Just a terrible hotel with råterrible systems and service.

This was a very budget stay, and while the room was clean and reasonably comfortable, that’s about where the positives end. There were no in-room amenities at all—not even a glass or cup. The TV only works if you hotspot it to your own device, which is quite inconvenient. The worst issue was the main light in the room, which kept turning itself on during the night and disrupted sleep. There was also a gap under the door, so light from the corridor constantly shone into the room whenever someone walked past. On top of that, being located next to the shared bathroom meant you could clearly hear flushing and running water. I didn’t pay much, so I wasn’t expecting luxury—but this definitely doesn’t meet the standard of a 3-star property. You really do get what you pay for

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Behagelig seng. Gode dyner. Rent og pænt værelse. Men faciliteterne lever ikke op til det som er lovet i beskrivelserne. Ingen mørklægningsgardiner som beskrevet. Ingen gardiner eller lign. på toilettet. Alle kan kigge lige ind - fremmede mennsker på terassen lige udenfor vinduet. Kun meget meget meget varmt vand i bruseren. Temperatur kan ikke justeres. Ikke muligt at tage et bad (det havde man alligevel ikke lyst til når der er frit udsyn udefra). Jeg er glad for at jeg kun har en overnatning, når det ikke er muligt at tage et bad eller sidde uforstyrret på toilettet. Ingen kanaler på tv’et - der er beskrevet kabelkanaler. Intet overhovedet. Jeg skrev i chatten ved ankomst, og fik til svar at jeg ville modtage en mail i stedet. Havde stadig intet hørt ved udtjekning. Det er rigtig dårlig stil af Ahotels og Hotels.com. Håndværkere på gangen med larmende maskiner fra kl.8 lørdag morgen. Meget lydt! Alt lys tændes på 1 kontakt, så hvis man skal på toilettet, så tændes lyset også i opholdsrummet. Nem ind- og udtjekning.

Det var en fin oplevelse på hotellet, fin rengøring da jeg ankom. Jeg blev positivt overrasket over, at der kom nye håndklæder og oprydning på dag to, så god oplevelse at komme tilbage til efter et par timer i byen. Havde lidt svært ved at checke ind, og tog lidt tid at få fat i personalet, men det lykkedes. Et lille minus, var at der ikke var et håndklæde til hænder, kun badehåndklæder. På trods af at det er en gammel københavner bygning og det har sin charme, så er jeg vældig tilfreds med opholdet.

Rent og pænt - man skal forvente lidt larm. Meget tynde dyner, men radiatoren virkede. Lidt problemer med at komme ind - den sendte nøgle kunne ikke åbne døren, men der blev svaret med det samme ved opringning og døren blev åbnet. Nok lidt under middel hotel, men også meget billigt.
