Poor guidance finding the hotel from the garage, incomsistant Floor names. Checking in, information was poor, missing many details such as cleaning had to be askes for, which tower the room was located. This resulted in no housekeeping, running back and forth finding the right elevator. Despite the hotel has many facilities trying to be a Luxus hotel, the Over all impression is more sloppy and poorly managed. The both rooftop restaurants were excellent though.

Despite the queue at check in - the welcome was warm and helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We liked the view of the harbour from our room. The family were very happy to use the swimming pool.

Great hotel with even better facilities. Ideal if you're staying as a family. Only slight downside is that it's not close to any public transport links - the nearest bus stop, train stop and water bus stop are at least a 20 minute walk away depending on if you have kids and luggage. Other than that, a great place to stay with lovely rooms and facilities.

My stay at hotel Tivoli was good and positive….how is possible that spending good amount of money, the sleepers weren’t provided???? The management are saving pennies, but I used towels all over the place, which I believe is more expensive as an option for missing the slippers
