To start with, we checked in with Vacasa at 4:00 just as required.
The person working there gave us a room key, we got to the room and the key did not work!!! My wife had to drive to another part of the ski area to get another key before they closed their office. Barely made it in time, very stressfull!
We open the door to the unit and it had not been cleaned thoroughly at all, in guest bedroom used towels were hanging on back of door!!! Carpet was in terrible shape and had not been vacuumed! Tried to bake a lasagna, no hot pads!!! Door to deck was filthy, looked like someone had a dog there.
Went to make coffee, no coffee filters, at least let us know before hand to bring our own!!!
I think Vacasa/Owner should consider a partial of full refund!!
We don't complain much, but for the nightly price the unit should have been clean and ready to go.
