SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The cottage sleeps up to 14 guests, perfect for families or large groups. Three bedrooms with queen beds, a bunkroom with two sets of bunk beds and there's a queen air mattress, pack-n-play, and fold-out chair bed for extra sleeping options.
Air Mattress: It is stored in the white dresser downstairs, located just below the TV. You'll also find the sheets and blankets for the air mattress in the same dresser.
LAKEFRONT DISCLAIMER
Lake conditions naturally change throughout the season. Weed growth and water conditions may vary, and the lakefront, swimming area, and paddle boat access may occasionally be affected by vegetation. We cannot guarantee weed-free water or swimming conditions. We appreciate your understanding that these natural conditions are beyond our control.

You have full private access to our cottage and frontage! Can park up to 4 vehicles. There is a ramp to enter the second entrance door on the main level. The lower level also has a step-free access door.
Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay!
Other things to note
Please be considerate of our neighbors. This is a nice, quiet neighborhood. No parties are allowed at the property.
Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one lives on site 24/7.
Please keep in mind that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
Please note that there will be a rental agreement sent after a confirmed booking. Guest is required to sign it in order to get property access.
For guests with no reviews / negative reviews / unverified profiles. please note we do require a $500 USD Refundable damage deposit to be paid. The refundable security deposit will be refunded after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages, etc. to our home after your stay).
Pet-Friendly – Please Read Before Booking
We love hosting dogs and there will be a pet fee of $178 per pet, but kindly note the following pet rules to keep the space clean and enjoyable for all:
• Dogs only – no cats allowed
• Limit 2 well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs (more may be approved on request)
• Keep pets off beds and furniture
• Use a crate if leaving your dog unattended — no free roaming indoors
• No indoor accidents – potty-trained pets only. Potty pads are not provided
• Clean up after your pet (inside and outside)
A $500 fine may apply for:
• Indoor accidents or strong pet odors
• Pets on beds/furniture
• Unapproved pets
Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the space fresh and welcoming for everyone.
Additional fee for more than 4 guests, $20 per person/per night.
Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front, back, and side yard, and at the doorbell for the safety of the owner's belongings.
For guest convenience, the outdoor fire pit is available for use; however, we do not provide firewood, kindling, lighter fluid, matches, or starter supplies. Guests who wish to enjoy the fire pit are welcome to bring their own approved materials and use the amenity responsibly in accordance with local safety guidelines.
Please consider bringing your own bug spray if you are sensitive to bugs, They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.
Cleaning Concerns Policy
Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported within 2 hours of check-in for timely resolution.
To promptly address reported concerns, our cleaning team may access the property during reasonable hours without prior guest approval, strictly for inspection or cleaning related to the reported issue.
There is a keyless entry to the home and a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
