Staff was nice. However, the room smelled like cigarettes, the toilet had a leak that caused it to run periodically, and the whole property just feels like it needs TLC.

The staff in the evening was nearly non-existent. Had to walk around the building to find the staff member running the desk. Took over 30 minutes to get into our room. The first room assigned to us was apparently occupied so we had to move from a single King room to a double Queen room. The whole experience was very inconvenient and unprofessional.

The room smelt of mildew, the entire motel just reeked. The lamp cover was dirty and didnt work. The remote for the tv didnt work. The tub didnt drain fully. The shower didnt get hot it just got luke warm. The only plus was the bed was okay and clean. Wouldnt stay again.

The was no do not disturb sign in the room. Not really a big deal just had to go get one. Sink drain was slow draining. All the wall outlets and outlets on the lamps were loose. I had to get creative to hold my chargers in place. The woman at the front desk was very nice and got me a few things i needed.

We stayed here for one night while going for a procedure at the UofI. The rooms were absolutely disgusting, if we could have had a refund we would have gotten one. Do not recommend staying here.

Good for a quick stay

This was a nice hotel for one night. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had just the right amount of water pressure. I’d stay there again!

Rooms need some work

Had to switch rooms 3 times. First bathroom had water leaking from the toilet tank. In the second room, the toilet didn’t flush. In the third room, the toilet door didn’t latch shut. We ended up living with that third room, since the toilet was at least functional. Not a great experience moving 3 different rooms with issues in every room.

This is an older hotel but it is kept very clean. The neighborhood was quiet but it was a Tuesday night. Their free breakfast was pretty good--waffles, muffins, eggs and sausages, coffee and juices. Overall worth the money!
