Good for one night on my trip back home. Noisy person revving engine in parking lot several times overnight that made it difficult to sleep though, but not fault of hotel. Otherwise room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, but not kept stocked well.

this was rated as an 8. From the walking up the dirty stairs to the extreme fooul smell from the sink in our room, an hvac that didn't seem to work properly, room was overly hot this place was very neglected. It appeared they may have started renovations. But you don't put people in a room with a sink (bedroom side) that has a very foul stench. The eggs were very watery and powerd-based was very noticable. The front desk person seemed very friendly. When we arrived about 7 am-ish, the sausages were out. The kitchen person took the tray back and never came back out with sausages. I would not recommend this place. The area is newer and other great looking hotels around.

My day was basically fine, but the room is in need of a decor update, the hot water in the shower was a little more than lukewarm, even with the handle all the way to the hot side, the bathroom door was missing a middle hinge, was unfinished and would not stay closed, unless the door was fully latched. There were holes on the back of the bathroom door, where a hook should have been to hang a wet towel. Bedding was very nice. Towels pretty good. Had to push a button to get service at the front desk. I think having a person present at the front desk at all times is reassuring at a hotel. The maid tidied up my room every day, which was nice. The young man at the front desk was very polite. There was trash up against the fence at the back door. For the price I paid it was fine, but the owners of this hotel could really amp up this little hotel and probably increase business.
