Cocoonr is pleased to present this air-conditioned studio in Corbara, renovated in 2023, offering exceptional sea and mountain views. It measures 36 m² and can accommodate up to two guests. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 29 m² living area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchenette and a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 2,500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 29 m² living area with a sofa, a queen-size bed (160×200), TV and dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, toilet

Outside:
- The studio is situated on a large, unfenced private plot of 2,500 m². The garden features typical Corsican vegetation, including oak trees, olive trees, oleander bushes and cacti.
- The private terrace is surrounded by oak trees, offering a magnificent view of the bay and featuring outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days.

The studio is in a very quiet neighbourhood, with spacious hillside grounds, overlooking one of Corsica’s most beautiful beaches and offering the guarantee of unforgettable sunsets.
A large Leclerc supermarket and a market selling local produce are 300m away. A wine and drinks market is 500m away.

Activities:
The centre of L’Île-Rousse is 1.7 km away. There you can visit the magnificent old town, go shopping and find many interesting restaurants and cafés. On the two beaches in the bay, just a few minutes away, you can sunbathe (a small section is also designated as a nudist area), go surfing and windsurfing. In the town, there is a large square for playing pétanque, a diving club, several tennis courts and a squash centre.

Transport:
- By car, you can park directly on the property (1 car), or in a large free public car park at the supermarket 300 metres away
- The train station is 2 km away
- Calvi Sainte Catherine Airport is 21 km away
- The ferry port is 3 km away.

Other notes:
- Parties are strictly prohibited. It is essential to keep the peace for the well-being of the neighbourhood.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The washing machine is in a separate room in the house, right next to the studio. The tumble dryer is outside the studio, on the grounds.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, clean the appliances after use and empty the bins.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
