The entire building looked like it was about to collapse. Bad water damage on walls and ceilings, the bathroom ceiling also had mold on it. It had an AWFUL smell. Our first room had a busted shower head, our second room that we got switched to had around 6-7 hairs on it. It was terrible. Couldn’t get my money back either. I will NEVER stay again, even if I were homeless and the room was offered to me for free. That place needs to be shut down.

Room was not clean and smelled funny. Breakfast was very minimal and the juice machine had insects inside of it. The gym was not organized (weights all over the floor) and no AC or windows

The whole hotel is neglected. I am sure at one time very nice property. Outside and inside poorly maintained. Sheets so wrinkly not sure if they were fresh ones. Toilet seat loose, sink cracked. Lobby bare. Breakfast pretty much non existent. Juice machine broken. Few slices bread English muffins cereal. Very few guests I’m sure some other rooms must be in better shape but this was ridiculous. Won’t be back

I booked this property for the hot tub (the first amenity listed under "popular amenities"). Unfortunately, the front desk staff informed me that there is no hot tub/spa tub. My guest and I were very disappointed.

The pictures on Expedia was very misleading. We got the there and the hotel did not look clean. We went to our room and it was very dirty. The carpet had stains all over it, the wood valance above the window was hanging down, wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the shower had water damage. I called front desk to ask for another room and he said they were all booked up. Later we ran into someone who checked in around the same time we did and just came in off the street and was given a newly remodeled room. If this is the kind of service we are going to get using Expedia, we will not use Expedia anymore.
