Was no power no water and no rooms got there and had no where to stay was told by hotel staff to call hotels com cancel reservation called multiple times unable to cancel nor speak to anyone. Got on chat told the hotel was not open and to cancel. Reply was they would look into the issue and get back to me in 72 hours. Yet didn’t cancel just review my request very dissatisfied with hotel com

room was not clean huge crack under door had to stuff a towl in it and it said pet friendly.and nothing aboit a charge but when we arived it was a 35 dollor a night and the staff was hatefull and not helpfull at all will never stay in this nasty dump again

Room we reserved wasn’t available. Ordered a king got a twin. Construction and Reno work was loud. Power being shut off for system maintenance was an unpleasant experience and we were not previously notified about it.

Try to cancel three days in advance and they would not reimburse me. I also ask if i could use it to book for three months later and they wouldn't even do that. My mom had strep and covid so could not come in for Thanksgiving. Try to move it to come see her for Christmas but they said now. Never experienced this before. Would not recommend this hotel. If they would mive my reservation to December things would be great. Very poor management.

Bugs in room, breakfast closes at 9:00 am which is before most people on vacation get up, at checkout the man behind desk couldn’t speak English, door to bathroom impossible to close, very small room and a low level of aesthetics in the room. The pictures had a TV screen partially in front of them, etc.
