Great place and we loved the people from Cork!!

Emma in the front desk was incredible. The room was clean and comfortable, the only thing we should mention is our window was facing a street where all the homeless people were and it was quite frightening as they were screaming most of the time and fighting between each over, we could also never open the window because of this same reason but I guess the hotel has no control over that.

One of the better buffet breakfasts with lots of gluten free options. Short walk to a major pedestrian street with lots of pubs, shops, and restaurants. Had a nice swimming pool for swimming laps.

Great location

Due to our plane, we arrived to the hotel very early(9:30am) They held our luggage as we walked around the area. We weren’t able to get into a room until after 13:00. I observed a front desk employee attempt to give our suitcase to another guest from the luggage being held. It took 3 requests to get batteries or a new remote to use the tv. Our room was over the back road so we could hear people yelling most of the night through the windows. Emma at the front desk was wonderful. The breakfast and the restaurant on property were excellent

Within range of being a solid choice

Location quite good, breakfast was great, staff was great, associated pool & gym is a big plus, no view from our room, just a very nearby office building. But it was impossible to overlook the big wine stain by our bed, or the other stains on the carpet. We mentioned it on checkout and the answer was the carpet will be replaced. (They should probably start with the room(s) where you can’t get into bed without being reminded of someone’s excessive nightcap.) Also the bathroom sink barely drained, we didn’t mention it until checkout because we didn’t want workmen in our room during our stay.

Great location, staff were very pleasant. Parking is self serve and can get a discounted rate by presenting your ticket to the desk. Room was very large, just a weird bathroom layout, not very private for 2 people.

Very central on the riverside and close to transport links, shops and restaurants. Room was well appointed and staff very helpful. Bit of early morning noise which could have been other guests . Would happily recommend and would stay again

Room wasn't ready despite arriving after check-in time. Arrived to bloodstained bedsheets, had to ask at reception for them to be changed. Poor turndown service with items left unfinished including piles of dirty linen left behind and items being washed up in bathroom sink. Response from hotel staff was pretty underwhelming; check-in and out all done on self-serve kiosks which were slow or just didn't work and needed staff help anyway. Overall a pretty lacklasture trip only saved by the excellent food and staff in the restaurant bar.
