Charming villa, quiet, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room overlooking a nice shaded terrace overlooking the fenced pool and garden not overlooked. Plancha, barbecue, wifi, shops nearby (bakery, charcuterie, tobacco, ...). Near Perpignan, St Cyprien, Argelès, Collioure, and Spain. Ideal for family vacations !! Respect for places, equipment and neighborhood is very important to us. :-) Commodities provided, except towels.
There is no cleaning fee; the house must be made as clean as when you arrived!
