The house was not that clean when we arrived. Driving 8 hrs, exciting to get to your beach house for the week with your friends and family only to open the door and see dusty bunnys and dirt on steps and floors NOT COOL! We used the vacuum provided to do some cleaning before we got settled in for the week, it sucked but we did not let it ruin the week. Over all the house was great, everything worked well no problems with anything. The furniture was really comfortable including the outdoor furniture. The only thing I would suggest bringing other than the kitchen is oven mitts. My wife burned herself one night cooking. They may have them but we could not find them. Do not let this review change your mind about this property it is really nice and great for a big family. The cleaning company they use is obviously not doing there job.

The home and community are very nice, but unfortunately the lack of a reliable cleaning crew overshadowed our stay. The bedding had visible bloodstains, the floors were unswept and dirty, the bathrooms contained hair in the shower and drawers, several lightbulbs weren’t working in the bathrooms, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, and cobwebs covered the exterior windows, decks, and railings. For the price and location, we expected much higher standards of cleanliness. This property has great potential, but it needs far more attention to cleaning and upkeep before I could recommend it.

Location was great, in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic and people. House was cute, plenty of room for 13 people that we had. The double bunk room photo is misleading as this room is as big as a large closet, fitting 4 teens and their belongings was impossible. Pool and hot tub were nice. My only complaint would be the cleanliness. The floors left your feet black, there was dust and trash under beds, tables and couches.

Great experience

We were neighborhood friends like family celebrating a 60th. House was great and the amenities were convenient. The calls for any repairs and fixes were very responsive. We did note that the internet was not reliable for or party member that was teleworking and for those looking to connect to the internet at times. The house needs bathmats. The set up of the house was wonderful for visiting and gathering. The shuttle to the beach was simple and reliable.

Bucket list trip to Outer Banks

Absolutely beautiful home with coastal vibes. Every room was decorated nicely. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms and bathrooms on multi levels. Expansive, well equipped kitchen. Game room complete with foosball table and video game machine. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. We all thought it was a mansion!

Beautiful Home/Location

We had a great time during our stay. The home was wonderful from a comfort/location standpoint. We like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked. The living room had plenty of seating as well. Only complaint had nothing to do with the house itself. We had trouble accessing the neighborhood after our late arrival and had no answer on the after hours help number or on the 24 hour guard house assistance number. Apparently the gate was broken but we were not informed. After almost deciding to bail for the night and find a hotel, we finally decided to drive around searching for another way in. Thankfully there was a secondary entrance where the code worked. It would be helpful to inform guests of the second entry gate.

Great location

The neighborhood was quiet and very near to the wild horses. My only complaint was the road work in the neighborhood. It was hard to navigate around it. If we hadn't had a 4 wheel drive truck it would have been tough. They directed us to drive over curbs and up on sidewalks. Other than that the house was great, very clean, and well appointed. The grill was in amazing shape for a grill at the beach. Beautiful pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.

Great Property to Visit

We've done several OBX vacations over the years up and down the island. This was one of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed at! New construction and lots of attention to detail throughout. Paramount (property manager) was excellent on communication and it couldn't have been easier. The checkout process was also great. Leave sheets on bed, towels in bathroom and lock the door. And they even came and wheeled garbage/recycling carts out the day before pickup for you! Only slight downside to this property is it is a trek to the beach, and while they have free trolley service, it is a bit sporadic and not ideal for hauling everything. But we would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Vacay

This was our 5th or 6th time in Corolla area overall and 3rd time in the Currituck Club. Love the amenities the community has to offer, especially the pickle ball courts, tennis courts and fitness center. Landon Sea is a newer build, nicely decorated and very clean when we arrived. Got a lot of use out of the private pool and hot tub. We had 10 adults and 2 teenagers and only three of the six bedrooms had their own bathroom. Can't really knock any stars off the review as we knew this going in to the rental but it ended up being a little more inconvenient than we had thought. Only disappointment with the house, one bedroom didn't have a closet and the room with four bunks only had a small closet/no dresser. Would recommend

The home was exactly what I was expecting only better! It was clean and inviting for my whole family. Everyone had their own rooms and bathroom. Wish the weather was better as it was my 1st time in OXB.

1st time in OBX! Best home rental ever!

This rental was exactly as advertised. Super easy check in/out. Great location in neighborhood with excellent amenities. We stayed before Memorial Day prior to trolley being in service however the beach easily accessed via car in just minutes. The home was very clean and well appointed. Both the private pool and hot tub were serviced the day of our arrival and ready to be enjoyed. Beds were very comfortable. More than enough space for our family of nine to be together or enjoy time alone. Definitely will stay again in the future.
