Overall great experience and host was accommodating even with some booking misunderstandings. Wish the pool would have been usable or know it was under repair. Definitely recommend the property though as the view was amazing and a great location.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this condo. The view is beautiful. Amenities - pier is enjoyable. The only thing I would upgrade is a comfortable couch.

We stayed at Bay Tree many times in the last 30 years.This visit was the first time in over 8 years and we were impressed with how well the property has been maintained. Better shape now than 20 years ago.

Great view and location

The condo is really nice. Typical of island properties it sows some weathering but seems to be well maintained. For our 3-night stay it was perfect. We loved watching the ships move through the channel, and the dolphins! The beach is about ½ mile walk and The Donut Palace even less! Would stay again!

The new parking lot is very nice and a great improvement for Bay Tree. The pier was fun to fish off of and the boat slips are nice to have so close.

Beautiful view

Everything was beautiful the only thing was the pictures online made it seemed much bigger but overall we had a good time. Mattress was very comfortable but my kids said not so much the sofa bed. But we really enjoyed the stay, the fishing of the dock right outside and looking and the dolphins at sunset and the ships pass by. I would definitely rent there again if its just me and my husband with no kids just for 2 its worth it. Unfortunately the pool was not working for the first 2 days of our stay but luckily they got it fix by the 4th of July. Thank you Bay Tree!
