Ce magnifique condo est situé au 2Úme étage de l'immeuble en bord de mer dans le fabuleux Sea Isle Village, et a été récemment rénové. La chambre principale a un lit queen size et un lit double, avec un lit gigogne double et une salle de bain privée. La 2Úme chambre a un lit queen et une baignoire située juste à l'extérieur de la chambre dans le couloir. Le salon et la cuisine ouverts sont un endroit idéal pour se rassembler. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner vos prises du jour, et la salle à manger a de nombreux siÚges pour tout le monde. Cette unité a une terrasse spacieuse qui surplombe le golfe et les dunes de sable. Il y a 3 téléviseurs dans l'unité et un DVD, et un lecteur VHS. Ce condo spacieux peut accueillir 5 personnes. Désolé les animaux ne sont pas autorisés et il est interdit de fumer. Des laissez-passer de stationnement sont requis. Il y a un parking pour 2 véhicules. Beach Condo

Nice condo.. clean and comfy. Easy walk to beach. Nice large pool. Hose to wash off sand. Close to everything. Only negative is the condo says it has a washer and dryer in the amenities but it does not. When I asked the property manager about it, they apologized and suggested we call VRBO and have them take it off the amenity list. I said I don’t feel like that’s something the customer should have to do. Other than that, the place was great.

Great visit after the smell went away

We arrived on a Saturday and the place smelled of rotten eggs. We submitted a request for maintenance on the app and never heard back from anyone. We eventually figured out that it was the hot water that smelled so foul, so then we were hesitant to shower or cook with it. After several hours the smell dissipated but was still lingering for a day or so. There was also a shortage of decent pots and pans to cook with
.they were not in good condition and we were not the right sizes. Too big or too small. Overall we enjoyed our visit and it was a great space for us and our kids. But we gave the kids the master because it didn’t make sense to give kids their own room.

Great location!

So convenient to the beach! And the covered deck was a great surprise- it rained all weekend but we were still able to enjoy the outdoors while our neighbors were stuck inside. Would definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL stay!

We had a wonderful Stay at SIV#30! The best part was the rear exit and entry from the patio that no other condo had. As well as the fully stocked and precious interior design. We will be back again!

Great place!

Great property and location close to the beach. Property management provided all the information and were in constant contact. The place is very clean with amenities needed for a nice and comfortable stay. Short drive to many dining choices. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Condo with Spacious Oceanview Deck

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Sea Isle Village Unit 30. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly to family, friends, and YOU! Check in went smoothly. Sea Isle Village is an older property but it was recently remodeled after Hurricane Harvey and the grounds and facilities (especially the community pool) look really great and are well maintained. The interior remodel of Unit 30 is aesthetically pleasing and very well done! This unit has a spacious oceanview deck with a full size table and chairs and extra seating which in my opinion makes it the best unit in the complex. This deck is double the size of the decks on the other units, it has a cover over half of the deck providing protection from sun/rain, and it is unique in that it has its own private stairs down to the ground level on the beach side of the complex. The beds and furniture were in great shape and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Most of what is advertised in the description is accurate, with the exception of the reference to 3 TVs (only 2 TVs in the condo) and there is no DVD or VHS player. These discrepancies are not a deal breaker by any means, but it should be corrected. There was a dead roach on the floor when we arrived which indicates pest control is working, but cleaning crew either missed it or it showed up after they cleaned. The condo was sooo close to perfect that I feel the need to point out a few areas for improvement which with easy "fixes" would make it absolutely perfect. 1. Only 1 kitchen towel and hot pad in the kitchen is not enough. 2. We had 4 people staying in the condo for 3 nights. There were only 2 wash cloths per person which is really not adequate especially since there is not W/D in the unit. 3. The caulk around both tubs needs to be cleaned out and recaulked. Ugly caulk can make an otherwise nice bathroom look not so nice. 4. The return air vent which was on the bottom half of a door in the hallway was filthy and the filter needed to be replaced. Again, such an easy fix and so accessible as it isn't even out of reach. 5. It would be helpful to have instructions for the TV remotes as it took a little effort to figure them out.

Last getaway of summer

We had a great time! The property was perfect location. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Had great time on the beach! The property's pool was awesome. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We were close to all restaurants and shopping. Would love to come back. It did advertise 3 TV's, but only had two, but that was the only complaint. Thank you for having us!

Quick trip

Great location and view. Not crazy about the rear patio, being so close to the neighbors with no privacy. Saw a roach but only 1. A lot of people getting drunk and foul mouths at the pool, not great for kids.

Great property with easy beach access and lovely view of the dunes. Our unit even had stairs down to the beach walkway - walk was about 200-300 yards to the beach. Unit was recently updated so everything was new and in good shape. Comfortable and well appointed’ plenty of room for two tall teenagers. Thank you for sharing your property

Landmark birthday getaway

My sister & I both had landmark birthdays this year and wanted to plan some kind of getaways to celebrate. She, her boyfriend, my husband and I had a fantastic time. The condo was so much nicer than the pictures even depicted. Everything was neat and clean. We'll definitely come back!

Lovely View and Stay

We loved the view from the back balcony. This property honestly didn't look like much from the outside but it was such a cute apartment inside. The neighbors were all friendly and the pool was perfect. Plenty of towels and linens were provided for our stay as well as enough soaps to last throughout our trip. Would stay here again!
