Easy check in was very smooth , home was clean. And organized. Pool was nice. Had a washer dryer combo which was great. Only draw back was beds not real comfortable. I would stay again.

Beautiful location and a lovely stay

The location was fantastic. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a 25 minute walk to the main restaurant area/shopping area. Parking was easy. There was one designated parking spot with other spots available if needed. Overall it was a lovely stay. There were some aspects that weren't ideal.The condo wasn't cleaned to hotel/vacation stay expectations. There was a used soap and razor in the bathroom, crumbs in the microwave and on the counter, and linens seemed clean but were old/stained/had burns. The property manager (not owner) and two other people came into the apartment unannounced and with no notice. They were placing quiet hour papers in condos. This made me uncomfortable as a female traveler. However, on a great note, I let the owner know and he handled it right away.These aside, I would stay here again and at any of Williams rentals. It was a fun, relaxing and beautiful stay at one of my favorite beaches in Texas.

Uncomfortable Condo

The condo was a great price and it was in a great location, however, there was nothing comfortable about the condo. 2 beds in bedroom were awful, the sheets were stained or dirty and everytime you moved the bed made awful noises. Due to the beds being so close to the closet you had to move the bed to get into the closet, the walls behind the bed had black mold on them. The bathroom was crowded with the washer and dryer and you could hardly get into the shower/toilet area because the door did not open all the way but only half way. The shower was needs some work and cleaning. The sofa and chair in the living room were extremely uncomfortable and not very clean. The plastic chairs on the balcony were broken and also uncomfortable. The kitchen was nice and equipped with all the things you will need, the pool was very nice and clean. I would suggest that the owner/manager stay in the condo to understand that is just not a comfortable place.

Labor Day weekend

This property was clean and comfortable and just perfect for us. It is conveniently located, just a short walk to the beach and only a few minutes drive to our favorite restaurants. We have stayed at Sunkist before and we certainly plan to return in the future.

Wonderful condo just steps to the beach.

The condo was perfect for a family with 2 small children. Very clean and modern. The host, William, was amazing. Texted us several times before our arrival and during our stay. Provided information about all the local activities. I highly recommend this condo.

Great location!

I appreciated the proximity to the beach. We were able to load up a wagon and walk there down the path. The condo was clean, though it did have a strong odor. I'm guessing that was due to the cleaning materials. William said he would look into it. He's very responsive. The beds are squeaky but didn't make sleeping uncomfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you need to use it to prepare food. Communication with William was excellent. He provided lots of detailed information for the whole stay.

Great vacation stay all the way around

Really enjoyed our stay just a short walk to the beach. Condo had everything anyone could want already there. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and lots of extras. Bath and beach towels ready for fun in the sun lol and washer and dryer in condo was so convenient helping with the clean up. Beds were comfortable. Everything you could need was already there - dish and dishwasher soap, aluminum foil and plastic wrap, as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Communication with management was wonderful. Go ahead and book this one, you'll be glad you did. I will be returning soon!!

Great little condo

3 adult women- girls getaway for 4 nights. Great communication with owner, condo was small but very clean and kitchen was well supplied. Short 5-7 min walk to beach, nice small condo community and pool. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Condo is older- like many in the area, and while there are some nice upgrades, parts are showing it's age. Beds were incredibly squeaky as some mentioned previously but we found them comfortable- just REALLY noisy. Condo has a very awkward layout- front door enters directly into bedroom. Fine for a short term rental, but very odd, offering no "privacy" in bedroom if needed. It is on 2nd floor, no elevator. I'd rate this overall as a 4.5 rental, no big complaints!

Great beach house

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room to spread out. Since we took so much stuff to the beach, we drove most days down. Such fun! An evening stroll to the beach for the full moon was easy and nice. Home is roomy and comfortable for lounging around. The pool was fun but not as warm as the ocean—haha! Good for cocktail time!
