We had a great time at this house. We had 7 adults and 3 children and the house was perfect. Proximity to the beach was great. The decks were pleasant for morning coffee or afternoon beverage. We hope to be back soon.

While we arrived pretty late and had a few small check in issues. We were very pleasantly surprised that the property was responsive to our issues even at 11 pm at night and all the way until we went to bed. The next morning they had someone at the property as soon as they said and all issues were fixed. We enjoyed our stay and loved being in a house that was large enough for everyone. There was a bathroom on each floor and having the outside shower was nice to rinse off the sand before coming in the house. Would for sure stay again

House was amazing. Larger than the pictures. We stayed for 10 days and did not want to leave. The view was beautiful every morning with our coffee. Our fur babies loved running around the big open lot next to us. Property management team was a 10 !! They were very friendly and quick to get back to us on any questions we had.We will definitely be back soon.

Great place! It’s not easy to find a pet friendly, roomy place with 3 full baths and 2 1/2 baths, new boardwalk makes for easy walk to beach, in house elevator so nice, beds were comfortable, very clean, can park in 2 car garage, and have a view of the ocean. Host was quick to come and take care of a couple minor things. We look forward to staying here again!

The beach view was great on the third floor, it was lovely how private it was and the house was amazing! A couple roaches but overall very clean and maintained.

Beautiful home

The house was perfect for a large family, the view was amazing, best of all was the elevator, it meant so much that we were able to find a place that was accessible for my husband, he uses walker/wheelchair to get around.

Overall it was a great place. Lots of space, fairly private, and balcony views of gulf. There were a few things that could have been cleaner and some minor maintenance things, but nothing that affected our enjoyment. Being able to bring our fur baby was also nice and the balcony is perfect for dogs or children to be out on too the way it is made. This is a huge house that would sleep 12-14 easy. We would definitely come back.

Great getaway

We were looking for a place to gather the family and enjoy a weekend at the beach. This place was perfect. We have a granddaughter who has special needs and is wheelchair bound. This house worked perfectly for her. The walkover to the beach was wheelchair accessible so she got to enjoy the beach as much as we did. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again

Amazing

We went from 12/23 - 12/26, I cannot say enough about how great the property was. Clean, perfect location, great views. It was perfect for families or couples, 2 living spaces 2 dining spaces, lots of room on the patios for eating outside, very short walk to the beach, we opted out of a golf cart due to some time constraints and the person that we needed the elevator & golf cart for unfortunately wasnt able to make it at the last minute. Kitchen was great for many cooks, fully stocked. I will stay here every chance I get!!!!

We loved how secluded the home is from other properties. Home is very well kept and clean.

Port A Beach Weekend

Location is really good; less than 3 minute walk to the beach on a new boardwalk though it backs on a resort that can be noisy. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded. About 8 miles from Port A with many good restaurants, shopping, and a very nice park and pier (we saw dolphins there!). House inside was beautiful with only a couple of cleanliness issues, however, there are a number of maintainance issues outside; all issues were communicated to management. The elevator is a really nice feature for the three story house. The views from the two large balconies are wonderful. All in my party indicated they would be happy to come back to this property. Note that the house is on the market.

We got ready for a cookout Saturday evening but the propane tank was empty. Starkey got it replaced for us. Somewhat quick response to texts. If we return with a large group again, we would definitely consider this location again! Short walking distance to the beach on a boardwalk and a slimly populated beach area!

Well, we went in the house and took off our shoes and within 30 minutes, everyone’s feet were black. I called to ask where the location of the remote was in the bedroom downstairs and they immediately sent me a message back, saying that they were there when they did their check, which is not what I asked for, I asked where the location was. It took them half a day to tell me that the location was next to the TV, but the TV is mounted on the wall. I already had looked in every drawer and nook and cranny in the room, and finally I got down on my hands and knees and looked under the bed and there they were completely covered in filth, and I wish I had never looked under that bed. So, if you message them about an issue, just know, they will immediately take no responsibility. The elevator was a great feature for the first two days, until my mother-in-law got stuck. Then we just used the stairs. There is response about the elevator was asking us if we did all the right things, which we did, and it acted up a lot, but it didn’t ever not work until the second afternoon. By then we were over the elevator- even though that is why we rented the place for our elderly travelers. As far as the function of the house itself, the view of the gulf off the balconies, the proximity to the beach, the amount of space, the outdoor shower and first floor laundry room were fantastic for a beach stay. Those last two things really helped keep the sand out of the rest of the house.
Not a picture of the house, but we did go see the USS Lexington and it was really amazing. PS the top gun plane from the movie is on the flight deck.
