Well, we went in the house and took off our shoes and within 30 minutes, everyone’s feet were black. I called to ask where the location of the remote was in the bedroom downstairs and they immediately sent me a message back, saying that they were there when they did their check, which is not what I asked for, I asked where the location was. It took them half a day to tell me that the location was next to the TV, but the TV is mounted on the wall. I already had looked in every drawer and nook and cranny in the room, and finally I got down on my hands and knees and looked under the bed and there they were completely covered in filth, and I wish I had never looked under that bed. So, if you message them about an issue, just know, they will immediately take no responsibility. The elevator was a great feature for the first two days, until my mother-in-law got stuck. Then we just used the stairs. There is response about the elevator was asking us if we did all the right things, which we did, and it acted up a lot, but it didn’t ever not work until the second afternoon. By then we were over the elevator- even though that is why we rented the place for our elderly travelers. As far as the function of the house itself, the view of the gulf off the balconies, the proximity to the beach, the amount of space, the outdoor shower and first floor laundry room were fantastic for a beach stay. Those last two things really helped keep the sand out of the rest of the house.
