Perfect for our group of four adults. Dog friendly. Very close to the beach. We loved watching the sunset from the second floor deck and had a great time using the pool throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice views of both sunrises and sunsets

Lovely house. It was a nice place for the family to gather and hang out. There is a great trail just down the road at the birding center. Located in town but away from the crowds.

Great weekend escape

Would love to stay there again. The house is newly remodeled and very clean. The kids loved the game room area and the pool after a day at the beach.

Very clean neat bright house. Management company has it together! Sparkling pool! 3 blocks from birding hotspot for birdwatchers. Very quiet neighborhood.

Bougie Pelican a home away from home

The property was more than we could have asked for. The home had everything we wanted and more. This will definitely be our new go to for vacation. Could not imagine staying anywhere else. Our family had so much fun with our private pool and game room. Fun for everyone. Hands down this is the best place to stay in Port Aransas.

Great Weekend Stay!

This house is wonderful! It was a perfect fit for our family of five. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfy and the pool is really big! The downstairs game room was really appreciated by my teenagers. Communication was stellar! I highly recommend this house- we'll back!

My husband and I rented this house and brought our 1 year old dog along. The house is just as displayed on the pictures. It was very clean and very well stocked with amenities. The house is a little small on the inside but it was a perfect size for us and our needs. We really enjoyed the big wrap around porch and the backyard was roomy with a nice big pool. We unfortunately did not use the pool due to the weather but it would be nice and refreshing during the warmer months. The owners were very responsive and checked in on us upon arrival, during our stay and departure. The house is conveniently located about a 5 minute walk to the local dog park, bird sanctuary, and close to the golf cart rental place where we rented a golf cart. The house is very close to restaurants and a little over than a 10 minute ride to the beaches. I would highly recommend the house and would stay here again.

Really pretty,very clean, all new . Pool was perfect for family with layout area. Could see ocean liners go by. Close to all downtown. And not far from beach . Also across from public pool and playground. Loved it!

Great vacation experience

Great stay from start to finish. The property was exactly as advertised and we could not have been more pleased. We’ve stayed in many places and most have a binder full of rules as soon as you walk in the door. The Boujee Pelican had a few simple things to follow that were reasonable and made you feel at home. The pool was very well maintained and the outside area was incredible. 10 our of 10 would recommend this property as well as Avanstay for your next get away. Thank you for a nice, relaxing stay!!

Boujee Pelican is a wonderful place to stay. Located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Pool is well maintained and a welcome retreat after the beach. We had two pups with us and the fencing around the pool worked great for them. The online pics and description accurately portrayed the property. It’s very nice and we plan to return in a few months. Bring bug spray as the mosquitos are vicious by the pool. They were not bad on the upper patio as the wind deterred them. The decor is fun and beachy but not overdone. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Directions on working appliances and tv are easy to follow. The management company had good communication prior to our stay. I gave the them 4 stars because I did not hear back from them on a text that reported the outdoor stair lighting was out. I feel that is a safety hazard and should have been addressed quickly. Other than that, they did a good job.

Great place

The place was great! So far it has been my favorite place in Port A. My wife and I really were impressed with the property. We will definitely book it again. The only downfall that we experienced was the check in and out times. #1 check In after 4 PM. Most places I’ve ever stayed check in was at 3. We had to wait to check in. Not what you want to be doing when your on vacation. #2, check out 10 am. When you are having to clean up pack and get ready this makes it VERY inconvenient. Noon is an acceptable time! So ask for a better time on both!

Sister trip

Planned sister trip was fun even though we didn't get to enjoy the beach due to tropical storm. Tide was way in over the road. Some people were on the beach playing in the sand, extreme rip current warnings so not so much in the water, we chose not to stop just rode along the road. .We did get to enjoy the house pool for two good days but one of those days the neighbors apparently brought crabs back from the beach and they found their way into our pool. 8 to be exact no worries we just scooped them out and put over fence. The pool water was cloudy due to all the rain, no one came out to look check it, we swam anyway. Overall the house was excellent, we enjoyed playing games and catching up with each other. Absolutely will rent again in the future. The ship channel is visible from the balcony to view the big ships, but due to the weather we didn't see but a few come through. The day we left the weather was beautiful and the ships were leaving out that was neat to see. You won't go wrong renting this house great location and so much to do just at the house itself. Thank you for the fun trip. Loved everything.

Great Place!

This place checked all the dots for me when I saw it online. Very modern and clean. Great locale next to downtown and renting a golf cart will allow you to drive around downtown and to the beach. Great communication with the property mgmt. When we come back, I hope this place is available again!
