Perfect stay

This condo was just perfect for me and my family. The condo was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the 4 nights we were there. The hosts were attentive, welcoming, and quick to respond. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!! So close to the beach!

Brought my toddlers here for a couple days at the beach and we had a great time. Condo was clean and the AC worked well. Such a close drive to Whitecap beach ( 1 minute) which was what we were looking for! Condo complex had a few too many smokers to be perfect, but the pool and grill and everything worked great. Would definitely stay here again!

Cutest beach condo

This two bedroom two bathroom was the perfect little spot to stay in. It’s only an 8 minute walk to the beach. The owners have excellent communication and really care about their guests. That alone means the world to me. It was just me and my mom who stayed for a few days but it would also be perfect for a small family. Check in and check out instructions were clear and very detailed. They had literally everything you could need in the kitchen. I love this little condo and hope to visit again soon.

Perfect place: Three guys fishing or go to the beach

This place is on the bottom floor, plenty of parking. We used the pull out and all the bedding was ready and clean. The unit was easy to enter, Owners were very communicative. We used this as a place to stay for fishing - however If you are going to the beach, the beach is about a 500-600yard walk, easy without major cross streets. Highly recommend.

Birthday Get Away

My sister came to San Antonio, Texas from Michigan for her birthday and wanted to go to the beach. We rented the condo and had a great time. Condo just like the pictures (beautiful) and had everything we needed. Liked that each of us had our own room and bathroom. Condo had a pool and fitness room and was only ~5 minute walk to Whitecap Beach. Condo is also only 13 miles from Padre Island National Park. There is a great grocery store and several restaurants (we tried Black Sheep and Island Italian) that are very nearby (could walk to if needed). Condo does have a few beach towels but no beach chairs or umbrellas so bring these if you want to spend time at the beach. All in all a wonderful place and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Our first time to stay here. It is a great location if you have a child attending TAMUCC. Quiet. Not alot of traffic. Close to beach and great restaurants. Very nice condo. Owners are very attentive if there are any issues.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed our stay at the Brighton. We had 3 adults in the condo and other family members stayed at other condos within the same complex. Meeting at the large pool was convenient yet everyone had their own place to retreat to. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated and we had all the amenities we needed. Grocery store was convenient for basics but there is an H-E-B across the bridge for more extensive groceries. The car washing area was nice to wash off the salt mist that stuck to your car windows. We went to Whitecap Beach but really enjoyed the North Padre Sea Wall and beach (about a mile away) which had showers and public restrooms as well as a paved parking lot if you didn't want to drive your vehicle on the beach. I wouldn't say there is a thriving nightlife but we weren't looking for that. Downtown Corpus Christi is a short drive away as is Port Aransas for more evening options. We would not hesitate to stay at the Brighton should we vacation in the area again.

Absolutely perfect!

Brighton was the perfect place for our family of four. It's quiet, completely accomodating, decorated nicely and gave us the perfect family vacation. It is close to the beach and also the pretty pool area. Everything was super clean and allowed us to have a carefree vacation. Richard and Marilyn are the best hosts!

Quick Beach Getaway

Best vrbo experience ever!

We’ve stayed at several vrbo locations and they’ve all been good, but this one has been the best experience and best location (& best price for all it provides) out of all of them. From the listing (the pictures don’t do it justice!); the location (close to everything, and within walking distance of the beach!); the communication (Richard was on top of every email and message, without delay & extremely helpful & kind); the amenities inside & outside (the kitchen was fully stocked; the decor was impeccable; the whole condo was updated; the beds were super comfortable; everything was spotlessly clean; & you could see the pool from the kitchen); and the check in and check out experience (flawless & completely smooth); all of it was absolutely perfect! I will definitely stay here again if we come back to Corpus Christi / Padre.

Awesome stay!

Highlights of our stay were: - Beautiful, spacious, quiet condo - Fully equipped kitchen with ALL amenities (even coffee, spices etc ) - Very close to pool, jacuzzi and gym Walking distance (5 min) to white a sand beach and ocean ( but you can also drive onto the beach with your car) Padre Island National Seashore Park is definitely worth visiting Last but certainly not least: excellent communication with our kind hosts Marilyn and Richard! Definitely would recommend staying here!
