My husband and I booked this motel as a last minute spontaneous mini-trip to the bayfront of Corpus Christi. It looked like a good deal for a cute old school motel. It was okay, there were no bugs, no roaches and clean. The bed was comfortable (pillows not really but not bad either). The hot water worked great and the bathroom and tub were clean. Building is old. I liked my room. Heater & Hot water worked. Bed comfy. Frances (office) was extremely helpful/nice. Cons: check in, saw dirty towel left on bathroom sink counter. Tv: loud static sound, picture color was green/yellow. Thats why i gave it a 4 stars

I love to stay at this motel I have cancer and it is close to my cancer center and hospital in case of reactions but more than that the owners are a nice family it is well lit at night and the beds are comfortable. I enjoy that there is cole park close by and peers to walk and enjoy the view this is the perfect place for me

Nice, quiet, and small property without noisy or rowdy guests. It was a perfect location near the beaches and downtown. It's a basic motel without the amenities I never use anyways. Perfect home base for a quiet, relaxing weekend trip to the beach. I will stay there again.
