SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a bunk room sleeps six with a pair of twin-over-double built-in bunks, and kids will love the built-in, wooden stair that leads to the top bunk. A shared bathroom leads to another downstairs guest room with queen bed, where a weathered, shutter-style headboard lends coastal style. Upstairs, a gorgeous primary suite offers balcony access with lake and community views, and a gorgeous primary bath with slate tile has a huge walk-in shower. The third, full bath is off the main living area.

GREAT FEATURES: During downtime, choose from an assortment of fun, family games including Apples to Apples, Four in a Row, Jenga, and the board games Clue and Trouble. There’s also a Corn Hole set for outdoor fun. The beach is a short stroll over the dune crossover! The foyer offers a row of hooks for hanging towels and beach gear. A bricked, rear parking area and garage accommodates several vehicles, and an outdoor shower makes it easy to wash off the sand. Three, resort-style pools, two restaurants, a coffee shop, and liquor store at nearby Cinnamon Shore North are only 1.5 miles by car or a golf cart.

UPDATE! The stunning community pool at Cinnamon Shore South is now open. It’s a cabana-lined oasis, with infinity edges overlooking the lake, a sun deck, and hammocks over the water. It’s also heated in cooler months.
