The kitchen was fully equipped. The ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room were awesome. It was a nice view on the balcony - a little smaller than I expected but overall it was lovely.

Lack of cleanliness

Location of property was nice, size was nice... the caked on filth was not. Housekeeping used the pool as a daycare for kids and they were not well behaved...pets nor humams could walk on grass due to ill kept grounds including sandspurs and 100s of ant hills. Pics dont include mold caked on underside of soap holder...and feces stained toilet bowl1st time using Vacasa thru VRBO...probably be last

The condo complex was nice and quiet. Family friendly. Our unit was very clean. The only issue we had was all the stickers in the lawn.

Tranquility by the beach

This property is such a cozy quiet space for your personnel retreat. The furnishings and amenities that were provided were perfect. The condo was clean, and bed looked welcoming, and the bathroom had towels, washcloths, and soap and shampoo and body lotion ready for your use. They had a washer and dryer, and provided washing detergent. The condo had beach towels and extra bath towels and hand towels. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed to make a fabulous dinner, lunch or breakfast. The condo was within walking distance of the beach, and just a short trip by car to go to any convenience store or shopping outlets. I would come here again for my next vacation.

Beach club stay

This room provided everything we needed for a complete and comfortable weekend get away with the kids. The little things providrd were so nice, such as the laundry soap (that I forgot to pack) and the beach toys that you left in the room for guests to play with. There were plenty of towels/wash cloths/ amenities provided that often get taken for granted, we really enjoyed this stay. The pool and hot tub area was nice! We got to do a little bit of fishing on the doc near the pool area. This place has literally everything we needed to enjoy our little mini-cation. The host was so generous and thoughtful it really made the stay amazing.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the condo we had was very nice. Although it does list as being able to sleep 4 I think this would be extremely cramped w 4 adults. The couch did have a couple small spots on the back of it but I believe this is more from people who don’t pay attention and touched the furniture w dirty hands. Not a lack of cleaning. The property was clean and is nice. Although a dust pan could be useful if it was provided, there is a broom. The parking lot I would point out is well lit and the parking space that was assigned was close to the room we had. All in all a great stay.

The unit needs an exterminator for Belgium roaches. It should be remodeled due to mold and mildew smell. Torn furniture. Not comfortable, no coffee table or end tables. Needs maintenance ASAP.

Too many small issues, but considering everything else it was a nice stay

The garbage disposal did not work the TV would randomly go out the cable would randomly go out the fan in the bathroom is very loud but worst of all the refrigerator would make a noise that sometime lasted a day or two it was very hard to deal with. To be fair I did not report any of these problems I just worked around them. The condo itself besides the problem is very nice the pool and hot tub are excellent. I would stay here again. But I hope they would get these small issues figured out

Great location. Was not easy to locate . The info was not clear on how to find the place. The info was sent after i called through email but by that time we had already located the place. Also there was grime on the edges of the floor in bathroom and what looked like black mold in bathroom ceilng over the shower area. The price was reasonable and the people were friendly

Great vacation spot

We had a second floor with more than enough space for 2 plus a dog. Clean space and great location. It's a short walk to one beach and quick trip.to the national seashore. Totally staying here again!

Easy to book, easy to stay

I found this listing through a few minutes search and booked it in under 15 minutes from creating an account and being verified. The location was clean and quiet and we enjoyed the view from the balcony over looking the beach cove. All in all will be recommending this spot to anyone looking for a beautiful little condo stay for the budget â˜ș

Not what we expected

For the price it was not up to par. The pictures and descriptions did not match what was actually there. It was not clean and it was challenging to find the reserved parking spot because the numbers were faded. I would not recommend it or book it again.

Clean, cozy and in a great location!

The process was easy ( almost effortless) all the info about location, access, procedure and wifi info was sent to me well before hand. Left me with no questions to ask. Even offered a late check out option and allowed me to access the property earlier than expected! The place was clean and comfy from the moment we walked into the door! In a great location on top of all that! Couldn't ask for more! All in all was a solid rental experience!
