It is very expensive, the hotel stops a hotel 6 is old and neglected, too much you have to pay for the accommodation and still pay for the parking of my car, it is not worth that hotel, they have very nice online photos but it is a lie it is a hotel in bad condition or bad death d

Nothing like the pictures. You walk in it stinks. Room stinks. Says they have a breakfast buffet and don't. Just bread and coffee. No hot running water. Just worst place ever

Property was ok overall, not excellent. Pictures on website were better than property. Staff was friendly. 1st night we had no hot water, 1 of the lamps didnt work...when I tried calling front desk to inform of no hot water, phone didnt work. At pool, the pool stand didnt have any pool towels either day. But I can say the beds were comfy.

The staff was very accommodating and we loved the view, beach access, and outdoor bar. The hotel itself is in desperate need of updates and renovations. Carpet smelled, the elevators looked a little scary to be in. Even though we had a tub we couldn’t use it because the drain didn’t plug which was super disappointing. Having an indoor pool is a nice feature but the water was cloudy so we decided against it. It met our needs but don’t think we would stay there again

Second time stay not so great…

My first time experience was wonderful and my second time experience was different I had no idea or was told before hand that I was to pay for parking now. Another thing was the hot water in the shower never came on and I waited for literally 10 mins for the hot water to come out. Breakfast was ok when it was the bare minimum. Would’ve like some waffles or pancakes.

When booking online , i thought it was more up to date on remodels . But it was just very basic , no breakfast - just bagels and coffee. Very quite rooms but smaller than other hotels . We thought it was gonna give us an ocean view but it didnt give us the option. It was right in the middle of town , very convenient for our one day stay to sight see.

The room was filthy and the door made to open into the pool area didn’t want to open. The room wasn’t restocked. There were spiders. Outlets didn’t work. Mold on the baseboards. Horrible water pressure. Hot tub was filthy. It wasn’t worth the money we spent and we won’t stay there again. The glass door to get to the part of rooms we had was shattered with a piece of plastic taped over it, that was falling off.

We usually stay here every time we visit corpus, but this place has gotten even worse than before. It’s so dirty starting from the elevator all the way to the actual room the curtains were dirty. The restrooms were dirty. The tub was so gross. We stayed for a few days and housekeeping never came. Kept trying to call front desk, but they would never answer. I Had to go downstairs to ask for extra towels, toilet paper and they would never deliver. We had to go down to the lobby several times until we finally got what we needed. There are three elevators, but only one works so you can imagine how long we waited just to get down from our room to the lobby. There is limited parking so if you don’t get there on time, you will have to park at the hotel behind them. Which is crazy! This is definitely the last time we’ll be booking at emerald beach hotel

I checked in after paying unexpected parking fees, went to room found bed to be very springy, old moldy odor, tv would not switch to hdmi, and was not comfortable so I checked with front desk, they did not have a better option or solution so I immediately checked out and found a more comfortable hotel. No refund was issued so it was a wasted $500

Condition of the property is bad. Our door needed to be slammed in order to close properly. Room was never cleaned and we didn’t get fresh towels or sheets till almost 10pm.
