Didn’t get what I supposed to

When I make my reservation(3 months ago) I put that I needed a room on the first floor, and then when I got there they said if I stay on the first floor I needed to pay extra, I explain for the girl that I ask for on the time of the reservation and I told her that me and my husband can’t go on the stairs, my husband and I are disable ,my car even have a disable license plate, but she said no, so I paid extra to have the room on the first floor, I never heard about the diference of room for the first and second floor, last November we went there and I ask for the first floor and when we get there we have the room at the first floor….so I am really confused and disappointed! But we needed to stay there, but for sure was for the last time .

The room appeared clean at first glance, but there was hair left in the tub, drain, on the towel, in the bed, and in the sheets. The floors felt damp. There was a sign saying a dehumidifier was in the room and we would be charged $300 of it was missing upon checkout, but our room did not have one. The AC unit would not work properly. I kept trying to lower the temperature and raise the fan speed but the buttons didn’t work more than half the time and the ac would just change back to the previous setting on its own. The was also a weird whiteish stain/spot on the sheets of one of the beds. I’m sure it’s a generally nice place, but it wasn’t a good experience for us. My truck was also hit in the middle of the night while parked in front of the front office, but their cameras were pointed at the ground and I was told there was no footage available.
