Staff was horrible front manager blaming the house keepers for the rooms not being clean I had to take a downgrade from what I paid for because the rooms weren't ready and the one I got wasn't even done or clean dead roaches on the refrigerator and dirt pile by the door

First off, shower water was way too hot. Also the shower head sprayed directly at the wall and you couldn’t move it so it sprayed at my face or top of my head. Grimey walls and counters, plus roaches behind the fridge and in the tub. Water pressure in sink was crazy strong. Don’t know what I was expecting with a $60 room… when I went to ask for three towels the lady said “can you bring back your old dirty towels when you ask for new ones.” And she handed me only 2 towels.

Room was extremely small. Not enough towels. Water pressure was bad. The light fixtures werent clean. They put the 2 towels we had on a light fixture that wasnt clean. Hand railing on 2nd story was falling off and missing bolts. The lady in the front desk was very nice and helpful. But overall not a good stay at all

Horrible experience! False advertising! The online pictures look nothing like real facility. I was greatly disappointed since I walked in the lobby and it looked nothing like the pictures. The dirty parking lot, pool and lack of landscaping is an eyesore. I had chosen a none smoking room and walked into a heavy smoking smelly room. The smell of smoke triggered my asthma and I became sick. When we checked out all of our belongings smelled like cigarette smoke and the lingered even in our vehicle. The floors hadn’t been thoroughly swept. There was dirt and rodent droppings around the bed. The was a poop stain on the bathroom wall right next to the toilet paper holder. The bedding and towels were in poor shape and stained. My daughter had come to visit for the Fourth of July weekend and we couldn’t get a good nights sleep due to bedbugs. I’ll never stay there again!

Nice Stay

Staff was hospitable and helpful. Room was alright, though the shower was dirty and the sheets had burn holes in them even though it was a non-smoking room.
