Very new and clean rental in a perfect location to the bay and beach area in Port A. Took family of 6 and had plenty of space. Would def recommend.

Great place to stay

Quiet & Convenient location in the cart zone. We really enjoyed our stay in the well appointed house. The furnishings are quite nice and comfortable. We will certainly book another stay if available, however this house should stay booked since it is a great place to stay.

Great stay!

Loved the open floor plan with beautiful island decor throughout. Plenty of seating for living and dining area. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The showers were large and well maintained. Parking was great along with spray hoses to rinse off the beach sand both at parking area and on second level porch.

Beautiful, clean home

The property was so beautiful and spacious. My party of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. Everything was clean and all the dinnerware we could possibly need was right at our fingertips. The only thing missing for us was the small stuff...seasonings and coffee. We had plenty of everything else though. We loved the outdoor shower and all the space for parking. We would definitely stay again!

Great rental home

This was our first time venturing away from beach front condos in 30 years. We were all pleasantly surprised. The home was spacious and clean and felt very comfortable and welcoming. Being that close to the birding center, the mosquitos are a problem. And I think they were especially bad this year. So, bug repellent is a must. Overall, it felt like like we got a lot for our money in this cute home!

One word - Excellent

There is just too much positive to put it all down. The process, the location, the view, the amenities, and more. Everything here was excellent. The only “negative” were the beds and how hard they were, but even then they weren’t the hardest we’ve ever slept on. The house was in pristine condition in all aspects, the setup inside and outside was designed for relaxing, and it just overall was an excellent stay. We will definitely be coming back here.

New Home Close to the Sand

Our group was very satisfied with our stay at Vitamin Sea. Only negative were the main restroom toilet had issues flushing/refilling with water the whole time, the Wi-Fi network on the instructions does not exist and the one listed by the TV stand doesn't connect to the network, which means the living room TV was useless. Only other thing would be having items like salt, pepper, and paper towels stocked. Otherwise beautiful house that close to everything.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very excellent vacation experienced. The place is organized from everything you need in a house. There’s even an iPad or Samsung note to look for anything in internet. The parking space are huge and fit maybe 14 cars ..Very easy to find what you need and near to a town . My family were amazed and enjoyed our stay. We will be back as soon as we have time to travel again. Only thing I need is to how the Netflix work for their apps since it does not work to tv when connecting to Internet . But all above are beyond my expectations. Very satisfied to all .Thank you.

The Sea

We have been staying at this property twice a year for years now, and we love the property. However, I think it has changed recently
our last stay the towels were still in the dryer, while at the same time I was offered early checkin . The Wi-Fi has not worked at least the last 2 times we have stayed and they don’t appear to want to fix the issue. This last visit the dishwasher didn’t work until the last night we were there, they did have a serviceman come out and repair. This last visit was in November and a cold front came through and there are no blankets at the property, beds just have a sheet and a very thin spread. Again we love the property, but I think it’s slipping.

AC broke on day 4 and the property manager was not able to find someone to come fix and was expecting for us to sleep with no AC for the night when the temperature inside the property was 85 degrees they only offered box fans so we had to pack and cut short our stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year to stay in this house. We love the open floor plan, private bathrooms, easy access to washing machines, and all the bells and whistles. Our only complaints are that only 2 out of 4 satellites for the TVs worked for our stay, and with little kids, it was super hard to get them to stay in bed without a working tv to lull them to sleep. The owner of the house would not aid the staff in his/her account info. The lady who helped us was 38 weeks pregnant sitting on the floor and trying so hard to help us get things working properly, but the owner wouldn’t budge on his decision. His response was that he would personally fix it when he was in town. This is also the second year in a row that the owner had the Thermostat locked and controlled from his personal device. It gets hot at night and doesn’t cool down unless he allows it. I reached out last year to the staff to help fix the issue since we paid very good money and should be able to have access to the air conditioner. The response I get every year is that he controls it and has it locked. We got smart this year and packed a fan (which was a pain but whatever). We will not be staying in this house anymore due to the owner of the house and their control issues. The staff was wonderful, however. No complaints about the staff or house alone. The company should be able to assist their clients in whatever way needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful vacation! This house is bright and airy and very nicely decorated. Compliments to the decorator. SO nicely done! Has everything you need from blender to hair dryers in bathrooms. Lovely location across from pool and skate park! Kids were thrilled. Suggestion: They should post the trash pick up days on the fridge. That's really the only suggestion I have. The house is absolutely what every vacationer could hope for. As far as cleanliness, the house was clean at first glance but upon closer inspection you could see footprints on the floor and the floors weren't swept under the couches, bunk bed, and master bedroom. There were dust bunnies and Cheetos and cheerios. There was spaghetti sauce on the fridge door handle and the top back part of stove wasn't wiped. We left our small HP computer in the master bedroom closet and have called Turnkey so many times (at least 8) with no one taking responsibility to contact us with updates. My husband said one person called and said it was found then another called and said it was not. Our recent requests for return calls seem to be ignored. I finally asked to speak to a manager and was informed there none is available at this time. At what point does management get involved? I was told the Turnkey is having problems reaching the cleaning staff. I asked if the assistant can text or call the housekeeper and the current occupants and was told something about there being 'confusion' with the computer. Housekeeping went back to get it and the occupants said the computer was theirs...and that isn't clear either. The Turnkey staff can't explain what occurred to us. Would guess people occasionally forget an item and Turnkey has a process to assist with locating those items. Still we are being promised updates and are becoming worried enough to consider driving 8 hours round trip to do this ourselves!

Great Port Aransas getaway.

Vitamin Sea was beautiful and decorated beautifully as well. It is very roomy and plenty of parking. It is convenient to the beach and. numerous great eateries. Highly recommend this place.

Great Home Away From Home

This is our second stay at this house. It should have been our third time, but when I booked last years dates I accidently booked for 2022, instead of 2021. The house is immaculuate and fits our family perfect. The fact that there are 3 bathrooms is really nice. We will be back next Summer and hope to stay even longer!! It was unusually windy for June this year and we hope to have normal winds next year so we can enjoy the beach more. This house is the perfect home away from home. Great place to enjoy Port Aransas but have all the amenities of home!!
