The overall experience was just fine. The staff is very friendly and is clean. The issues I had were that the clothes washer and dryer did not work all week. Also, one of the staff seem to be. Indifferent when I turned in my key to the golf cart and told him that the back tail light was out and that the seatbelts did not work. The towels and sheets need to be upgraded

Property and staff were great! Good customer service and responsive! Only complaint I would have was there was no TV channels on the TV with room provided! The property staff blamed it on Internet service. I could pull up my own accounts (example: NetFlex) but no access to local channels, Fox, ESPN, TNN, or the like) provided by the hotel on their TV in the room.

Be very cautious

Found 2 roaches in the bed of the 1st room. 1 between the fitted sheet and flat sheet. The other between the flat sheet and comforter. Both were dead. Called the desk and advised them. They couldnt do anything at that time and the next day the manager moved our room. The 2nd room had a live roach crawling across the floor. I didnt contact the desk the second time as it was 10p when we returned to the room after being out all day. The area was unusually busy and I knew there wasnt gonna be anything the manager was able to do. The desk clerk on the first night tried to find us another room at a different hotel, but due to it being busy was not able to. They stated that we could check out and get a refund but would basically be S.O.L. as there were no rooms. That part isnt against the hotel but they didnt even offer a partial refund due to the roaches being in the bed.

The property was in a good location. Breakfast was convenient and ready daily. Golf cart rental on property was extremely great. The pool was clean and it's a salt water pool. The parking was great. Area was quiet. Beach was close. Rooms were clean, and housekeeping kept us in clean towels. Overall great experience, will be staying here again!
