Perfect location for two adults and our dog! This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it fits our needs. Centrally located and decent space. The patio is great for morning coffee and evening reading.

These places are fantastic. We always have a great time and the location is right in the middle of everything so you have access to all the food and drinks and fun. We like them because we can bring the fur baby with no hassle.

Nice quiet area, close to the beach.

My husband and I enjoyed the property. Screened in porch and king size bed were a big plus, plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Description was accurate, perfect size for two adults. We would stay again.

Great location!

The property was accurate as listed. It didn’t have a laundry room or an ice maker. It also needs a bit of love-several items need attention (bed, door, couch). All work in a pinch. The location is excellent-walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping and attractions. We appreciated being allowed to have our dog! Very good, reasonably priced property.

We love Spanish Village cottages and only stay there when we come to Port Aransas twice a year.
