Our host was very welcoming and answered all our questions. No problems there. Amenities were great. The kitchen faucet had very little water pressure and probably needs to be replaced. We've stayed at this location many times and will be back again.

The cleanliness was okay, the change of elevation into the door way and shower need some type of yellow tape or warning. Not a typical step up height of the entry door, fell trying to get in. The shower was very tiny, and the step down into the shower was a bit unnerving as it’s dark and not very visible. Other than those two things, the host was super responsive, very kind and helpful. It was pet friendly which was a big deal for us. As far as general quick stay for the beach it gets the job done.

Needs some serious TLC. Cockroaches were pretty bad, refrigerater took 2 days to cool anything, the shower was borderline unusable, and the a/c in the bedroom ran constantly and still couldn’t keep up set at 74. Not worth the money.

Expected more for the price

Conditions weren't the best. Shower was very small and not in the best condition, no space for any shower products. Blinds were broken and AC barely kept up. Complementary coffee and extras not included. Indicated cups were to be included for guests as gift and were not. Very limited cabinet and shelve space. Location was the only positive. If you think you need it bring it! Pictures misleading.

Location, location, location!!!

The Spanish Village cottages are perfectly located to allow for easy access to everything in Port Aransas. The cottage we selected was perfect for two people. The large covered and screened in patio was enjoyable for having breakfast al fresco. Care and attention to pest control might be in order for property management, as the first two days were pest free, but subsequent days was unnerving to say the least.

This place was a great little place to stay. Two bars in close proximity if that’s your thing. Ice cream shop right around the corner. We used it to buy vanilla ice cream for our coffee. Totally enjoyed the screened in porch!! Bathroom is very small, sleeps 4 is not acceptable unless you have two small children. Otherwise it’s perfect

Quick Trip

We stayed two night and the bungalow was clean. Close to restaurants and you can walk to them as well. Having a yard was awesome for our fur baby. Will be back again I am sure.

Around everything only thing that needs updates is bathroom

We enjoy our stay it was close to everyone who came out with us and around the shops and beach. Only thing I would complain about is the bathroom is small and needs to be redone the tile grout shoots out water and there is no vent other then that it was a great stay

First thing difficult to unlocked the door AC in living room is old and held together with electrical tape makes a lot of noise The hot water in the shower is Luke room at best also no room in the shower you have about 14 inches of space to hang clothes no hooks anywhere in the house except for the bathroom to hang a beach towel or bathing suit Hidden pet fees extra charge for pets extra charge for cleaning kids do more damage than dogs do you take a kid deposit or cleaning fee? At the end of the day, very disappointed, and would not pay the money to stay in this place again To add insult injury after paying for cleaning fees I get a text telling me to run the dishwasher and take the trash out before I leave It’s obvious whoever owns this place has never stayed there Vrbo will never be on my list again

Great location!

This property is in a great location with bars and some restaurants all within walking distance. They yard was well maintained and my dog enjoyed running around. The inside was nice but much smaller than I imagined from the pictures. The WiFi went out about 5 pm on our last night and didn’t come back on until about 11 pm. While I realize it was due to a spectrum outage and out of the owners hands, a little refund would have been nice. There is no cable and wasn’t able to stream anything while the cable was out.

Sweet Little House

Great place to stay for a small family with little kids. There is a door on the bedroom so you’re able to block them off in the evening and can hang out on the porch! Also a really walkable locations with the shops on the same street.

Perfect Beach Bungalow

We had an amazing trip and we really love the location of this property. The screened in deck area was perfect to hang out on in the evening. The bungalow was perfect for me and my husband and we will definitely be back!
