Wonderful home! Accommodating in a centrally located area. Quiet too. Plenty of parking, easy access for a golf cart. Close to the beach. Very nice pool that had multiple areas for different age groups. Host was quick to answer questions.

Beyond expectations

The house is in a perfect location to everywhere you’d want to quickly and easily get to in Port A, and beach access is right next to the property! The house has everything you’d possibly need and more. The garage is converted to a game room with tons of games and activities and it also includes a full shelf of beach equipment. If needed, it still allows for golf cart or small car parking. Every space is well-equipped and comfortable. The upstairs patio is a perfect place for morning coffee and breakfast, and the lower level outdoor space is awesome! The location is the end/corner of the property building, which allows for more views and space. We loved it and will definitely be back!!

Port A Getaway

Our mixed group of family and friends absolutely loved this house. Beautiful decor, spotless, perfect layout allowing privacy for all, and a great, central location. Bonus points for the games and beach/pool toys in the garage. Would absolutely stay here again!

Pretty nice house

This property was nice with a couple exceptions. First keep in mind there are three flights of stairs which was quite tricky with three grandparents with us. Additionally if the property needed some general maintenance. There was a hole in the wall on the second floor, some of the balcony doors would not open, the downstairs bathroom tub did not drain. And several other small regular maintenance things like that. We contacted the property management company but the only responses we received were automated ones there was never any follow-up from anyone addressing our concerns. The property itself is nice and the pool was great. Overall we still had a great trip but I don't think I would book this house again. There are too many other options in Port Aransas especially at this price point. And it does concern me that we never heard from anybody about the damages but we did receive endless automated messages.

Great Spring Break rental

We took 7 teens to Port A for Spring Break. Perfect house and location. Everyone loved the pool and the proximity to the beach access. We got a golf cart but probably didn’t need to with how close we were to the beach. The garage/game room was also a great spot for the kids to hang out. Well equipped kitchen that made preparing meals for a crowd easy.

Beach Paradise

We had a fantastic stay in this home. It’s absolutely beautiful with a lovely beach theme. Beds were great. Plenty of seating for the whole fam. Clean. Everything running as it should. Kitchen was loaded up with everything you could need- plenty of silverware, bowls, cooking utensils, pans etc. Several balconies/patio were so nice to enjoy! We enjoyed the books, games and smart TVs during down times. Check out the house binder when you stay here. Lots of good tips for things to do, favorite restaurants etc. Front door has a code instead of keys. It was nice to leave the keys at home when going to the beach. Just mins to the beach!! You could walk there but we took the golf cart for fun. This property has two parking spots so easily handles your car plus a golf cart. There is guest parking for the community out front and around the side. The kids loved the pool and slide!! You can walk from the house to the pool in two mins. Many stores and restaurants just a quick golf cart ride away. Would love to return!

Great place to stay!

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook meals. Everyone enjoyed the spacious living room and the secluded rooms that each had their own attached bathroom. To get to the beach it was only ~3 minute drive. We will definitely be staying hear again in the future!

Great Family Beach House

We had a great time. Each family had their own floor and with multiple little kids that was great. The place was clean and easy to check in. The location is great. If would be nice to have ocean views but the easy walk/golf cart ride was perfect. We’ve stayed in places with boardwalks right to the beach and this was just as easy. Kitchen was stocked and loved having the grill as an option. The pool was amazing. We had a great time.
