There were 300 plus dollars in extra fees you are not aware of until your payment is taken. The vendor subleases the reservation to a maintenance agency Vacasa who essentially you contact about anything or questions Regarfing your stay. The things they do us what we thought we paid the vendor to do. So essentially they pass the cost they should be paying the agency to manage the reservation and you the customer two vendors. There are booking fees, cleaning fees, service fees, limited damage wavier, (have no idea what that is for), tax three
times, for a two day stay.
The unit was clean except there were soiled towels with what looked like blood and vomit under the bathroom sink. The sofa ottoman was dirty and stained. Sofas were dated and had slip covers. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and furnished nice. The outdoor bbq pits were missing grates or wobbly.
The maintenance people returned the following afternoon to remove the soiled towels, not right away as we were led to believe.
